This restaurant is exactly what this town needed. If you're unfamiliar with Poke, the best way I can explain it is that it is basically a bowl of sushi. It's a typically found in Hawaii, and is a combination of rice, protein (usually Ahi tuna or Salmon), sauces and vegetables. As a resident of Hawaii, I must say that Ahi Poke Bar blows the doors off of most Poke bowls I have had in Hawaii. Their ingredients are top notch, incredibly fresh and so delicious. The family that owns the restaurant are some of the nicest folks I have had the pleasure to meet, and I hope this restaurant gives Enterprise the needed jolt of culture it brings for years to come. read more

Oh my goodness! This is the most amazing food! I love sushi, but having a bowl of sushi filling is WAY better! I had the firecracker and the spicy heat level was perfect! It was more food than I could finish. The mix of flavors and textures was a party in the mouth. You can order from the signature bowls or build your own. The prices are very reasonable. First visit here and it will not be my last. From the exterior it looks like the place is closed beside there are no bright lights that signals you to "come in, we are open." I was about to drive away until I saw other customers walk in then I noticed the interior lights were on as well. This is a small restaurant tucked between a burger place and some other place at the end of a shopping center. The inside is small but there are several tables for seating. The music was vibrant and on point.... good vibes. The food options are fresh and it is 100% clear that options are fresh. The handling of the food was careful and in a clean manner (weird way to describe it) but think of being at a restaurant where meals are made to order (chipotle, subway, etc) and how sometimes there is food all over the place... cross over from container to container had items mixed up. Well I'm sure you get the visual, but this place was not that way. There was no cross contamination of food items and it was very clean. There are menu items and the option to build your own poke. The regular size is the smallest of the two size options and is almost $9 but is a healthy portion. I tried the firecracker and added spicy crawfish and it was delicious!!!! I had ordered the California surf. I had to some of the things off bc I'm a very picky eater so my was plain BUT it was so delicious. I was stoked to notice this poke spot when I went to publix. I wasn't expecting much, but it wasn't bad at all. Great assortment of veggies, fruits, and toppings. The spicy yuzu sauce is amazing. Tuna is my go to at a good poke spot, but it looked pretty bad here. Very light pink color cut in tiny cubes. I got the salmon which was good despite also being cut in very small pieces. We went Saturday 11/09/19 for the first time and it will definitely not be our last visit. The staff was so friendly and helpful for a bunch of first timers. The ingredients were fresh and every entree the four of us got, was fabulous! I'll admit, I've never had poke before...so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was very tasty and very fresh. I do love sushi and to me it was like a deconstructed sushi roll. The flavors all melded together nicely and I know I'll find myself craving it again VERY SOON! I had the Hawaii Style bowl with Tuna and Shrimp and it was fantastic! My four lunch companions had the Fire Cracker, Classic, and Karaage Chicken and they all loved it. TRUE PROGRESS! Enterprise touts itself as "the city of progress". Sometimes one may struggle to see the progress, but places like Ahi Poke Bar are definitive evidence. This place is awesome. Granted, I've never had poke bowls anywhere else, so my frame of reference is limited, but my family and I are huge sushi fans. Although poke and sushi aren't quite the same, but they are close enough for me to feel comfortable enough to sing praises about this wonderful little gem based upon my sushi experiences. First off: the staff are some of the most friendly hosts we've met in a while. I don't know them by name, but the woman who is usually there is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about her/their customers. Service is prompt and with a smile. Second: the place is obviously quite new, and it is very clean. Although simple in design and details, it is very clean, neat, and aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the food is great. So far we've enjoyed the classic (with ahi tuna), the Hawaiian style with salmon, and the California bowl with crab and shrimp: all were superb. Portions are great for a quick and (presumably) healthy lunch. The fish always has great color and texture. Overall, this place is fantastic. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in quality and great service. Can't wait to return. Prices are a slight bit higher than what some may consider "normal" for Enterprise, but eating healthy is worth a few extra dollars. There are only two things that could make this place better in my opinion: serve beer and maybe decorate a bit more (but mostly just beer...) I hope this establishment thrives, grows, and remains a permanent fixture in Enterprise. read more

Great place for Poke! Been a few times now. Having spent some time in the islands it was nice to see this restaurant pop up in Enterprise, which is in need of some good restaurants. I normally make my own and the ahi is top on my list. If the spicy tuna was not minced I would probably get that as I like spicy food. I also like the idea that I'm not locked in to one type of a bowl. You can make it how you would like. So now I kmow where to go for outstanding food near my house. Ahi Poke is one of the few places that are fresh and love coming here! Know some people who eat here everyday... with that being said please don't water down your yum yum sauce! Ordered tonight asked for an extra sauce yes now she'll charge extra for it but don't water it down ruined my chicken bowl also barely any veggies and no broccoli just lots of rice on both our bowls! This place is easily my favorite restaurant in Enterprise! We eat here almost weekly! Coming from San Diego where poke places are everywhere we are stoked to have a place so close to Fort Rucker. The food is fresh, delicious, and the best in the area. Given that you're basically getting a giant bowl of sushi the prices are totally appropriate/fair-I mean who really wants or expects cheap raw fish-come on...you get what you pay for...The owners are incredibly friendly and super accommodating. This is absolutely the best place to eat in Enterprise! The restaurant is clean and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I made my own poke bowl and it was so good I forgot to take a picture of it before I dove in. One thing that the menu doesn't tell you is the regular sized bowl comes with two scoops of protein and the large comes with 3 scoops. I'm a big eater and the regular size filled me up. We also got the teppanyaki chicken bowl which comes with rice, broccoli, carrots and squash. I was not disappointed and will definitely be returning ASAP! read more

I was excited to see a Poke place open in Enterprise while I was there so I had to give it a try. Huge thumbs up to the staff for being so friendly and helpful. The food however was on the disappointing side. I created my own and chose the ahi and the salmon. Both were on the rubbery side. The selections were limited in comparison to other Poke places I have been. Upcharge for crab salad and seaweed salad, are you kidding?!?
