The people I spoke with on the phone were very polite and they genuinely wanted to help me through the process. I looked at all of parts that they replaced and only found a few issues. The first was a very small scratch of the rear bumper. The scratch was less an inch long and not terribly deep. The second was the spacing between the rear doors and the quarter panel. The spacing is just slightly larger than when the car was new. Overall, the two cosmetic issues are very minor and you wouldn't notice them without really looking into it. I would, and will, recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone. Marv's Auto body treated me and my car with respect and care, something that is hard to come by nowadays.

Overall, the price was unreasonable, the communication was nonexistent, and the attitude was unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place.

After repeated calls and finally talking to someone, they said this could indicate a serious problem BUT they had no appointments available until October (this was on August 19)!! Waited about an hour. I finally asked if the vehicle was about done. A service advisor checked and said it would be about 10 more minutes. When said and done, they told me the tech can't get the tires off because the lugnuts are swollen and will cost me $193 for new lug nuts. I said I never heard of this and was also upset that it took them that long to tell me what was going on. Also found out they were behind schedule when I was told they weren't. Of course, the service manager had to try stating this happens all the time etc etc. Was I taken advantage of, probably. Took the car to a friend to rotate the tires and the Lugnuts came off just fine, took him 20 minutes. I will NEVER go back as this is not the first time I have had issues with this dealerships service. I gave them several chances and each experience was not a good one.
