Marv's just wants to blame my insurance company. Last time I checked my insurance company does not do body work. You do not need the details because the string of info is just absolutely ridiculous. After telling many of my friends of this experience they also had bad experiences and will never go back. My insurance company recommended them as they are the " approved auto body" for them. The people I spoke with on the phone were very polite and they genuinely wanted to help me through the process. I looked at all of parts that they replaced and only found a few issues. The first was a very small scratch of the rear bumper. The scratch was less an inch long and not terribly deep. The second was the spacing between the rear doors and the quarter panel. The spacing is just slightly larger than when the car was new. Overall, the two cosmetic issues are very minor and you wouldn't notice them without really looking into it. I would, and will, recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone. Marv's Auto body treated me and my car with respect and care, something that is hard to come by nowadays.

Later, the shop called saying the car was ready and the total was $1,500. That's when I found out they also replaced the bumper -- even though it wasn't damaged and only needed paint. At no point did they call to discuss ordering a new bumper or explain why it was necessary. When I questioned the unexpected cost and lack of communication, the guy laughed and told me I should've gone somewhere else for a quote. Overall, the price was unreasonable, the communication was nonexistent, and the attitude was unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place.
