The receptionist took all my information, including my insurance details, and told me someone would call in a few days to schedule. A week passed with no call, so I followed up. This time, I reached an answering service - even though it was during business hours. They took my information again and assured me the office would call me back. That never happened. I called a third time and, once again, got the answering service. Same routine - took my information, promised a callback. Still nothing. On my fourth attempt, I was again connected to the answering service. This time, the person said they would transfer me directly to the office, only for my call to go straight to voicemail. I left yet another message and, unsurprisingly, never heard back. It has now been nine weeks since my first attempt to schedule an appointment, and I have yet to receive a single call back. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Safe to say, I won't be seeing this doctor.

When I get there on Monday, he says "Why are you here again?" When I remind him that he was supposed to tell me about his discussion and plan with the other doctors he says, he says "Oh I don't know what to do" and those exact words is all I can get out of him despite asking over and over what they talked about. When I find out about the tests he was supposed to have ordered, I do get a call back (surprisingly since my previous 10+ calls went unanswered), but he says "I have no idea about tests or a plan with your other doctors and if they want tests they will have to order them". But HE is the pulmonologist not them, they can't order them, HE has to order pulmonology tests. And the fact that he can't even tell me about his discussion with the other doctors or that there even was any plan! Sheesh, it should at least be in his notes. He doesn't even deserve 1 star. NEVER go to him, get another referral.

How do you not verify insurance before I come in and how do you not make sure the doctor is ready for the appointments. Now I have to wait another two weeks, im forced to pull my son my school early because they cant fit me in when I have time. It's very unacceptable
