I only wish I could have him as my primary doc, but I will settle for my Pulmonologist. The staff in the Upland office (on Alta) are so sweet. Dr. Khorammi is an excellent doctor but his assistant/staff member Yesenia preferred to argue with me on the phone when I confided in her regarding my experience with her referral place that I needed to pick my device up from. Instead of apologizing for being unaware of the type of facility I was sent to she was argumentative about the options my insurance company had. She could have simply noted that the place was not patient accommodating and offered a different option. Due to her argumentative and ghetto mannerism I will take my business to another pulmonologist with a patient friendly environment. I will not be returning to that office. read more

Had a sleep study the technician did a great job, very cordial , was cold and made comfortable brought an extra blanket, tentative.

Than when I went for my appointment I was meet with friendly staff. The nurse was patient and king kind and Dr. Khorrami was absolutely remarkable. He listened and understood how I was feeling about what I was going through. I left feeling that someone was going to help me with my physical problems. DO NOT GO HERE. This is a clown show. There is no way to reach your doctor, everything is run by people who do not care for patients. You will WAIT. You will be "given a notice' that you never got, because they don't do emails, and you can't talk to doctor directly, that you did not get, and then screw your appointment, prescriptions, etc. YOU WILL WAIT. I have been visiting this facility for many many years. They are caring and attentive. Service was always on time. Now they have moved to a new location (first time for me), it has become farther out from my home. That is the only thing I did not like. However, as I see my doctor, Dr. Khorrami once a year, I ignore that disadvantage. read more

His patient feedback is thorough. I really like how he takes the time to explain everything. I left his office knowing exactly where I stand and what the next steps will be. My wife and I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and were met by two sweet and helpful personnel at the desk. I was treated as if I were their father. They got me into the back immediately. The nurse did her preliminary health check on me and was just as sweet and caring. I didn't have to wait long for Doctor Khorrami, as he came in as the nurse left. He did his thorough review and answered countless questions my wife and I hit him with. He was never without a smile and friendliness, taking the time to educate my wife and me. I could tell he was concerned about my breathing issues and explained everything in detail. I have never been treated with so much care and thoughtfulness by any doctor. I only regret that I can only give 5 stars. read more

I was referred here by my primary dr, got the referral and made my appt. Drove 40 minutes to my appt, got there an hour early which is fine. I sat outside and waited until about 20 min to my appt and went inside to be told by the front desk they only take my insurance as a secondary insurance not as a primary insurance! I asked her why they wouldn't have called me and she said she had just noticed! My issue is I filled out all my paperwork online so you would think someone would've noticed and called me! Very unprofessional in my opinion! I took a day off of work, wasted time driving and not even an apology! read more

Slow! The wait for an appointment is long. At the consultation, the doctor comes in and stands across room in a corner and asks why I'm there. After a short conversation he walks out and tells "someone" schedule sleep study. It takes 3 weeks to get the sleep study. Once you complete the sleep study, you have to wait a minimum of three more weeks for the results. At the results appointment, I receive a diagnosis of very severe and it was very concerning to Dr Chan who read my results. I was told I would be contacted by someone in a few weeks for the machine. I asked about getting it sooner and if I could pick out the mask and was told that's how long it takes and I can ask about mask when I receive the call. The level of care is poor. If the diagnosis is so severe and concerning, why doesn't that qualify for speedier process. You can't fake the results. The results should affect the speed of care and possibly the quality of care should be noticeably higher. There is an extreme disconnect at this location. How can you say something is very concerning and very severe but not react in the same way? read more

Dr Grobler (the son) is the worst. Stay away. He is slow to react and equally slow in sending prescriptions. I think he has questionable medical judgement, takes a wait and see approach which could most likely kill you if its serious. Above all else is passive aggressive and hides behind his equally incompetent and rude nursing/front desk staff. The state should investigate and there is probably an ethics violation or two going on here. I have reached out to the local media to share my story of the horrible care. Check out the other reviews the rude thing is real, no matter how good his dad is, the apple did fall far from the tree. Btw. Staff is rude and overtly uncaring even when you are facing major health issues. Staff will promise to call you back but do not. Doctor G promises to call you back regarding major potential health issues but does not. When you finally get hold of him after weeks of calling for updates he acts like no time has passed and offers no apologies for forgetting about his worried patient.
