I am Soooo grateful for socalchiropractic and DR. Kazim for helping me today. I've been having major sit bone pains and back pains I literally couldn't drive for even 2 mins without pain or frustration. I'm a yoga instructor and Yoga was no longer working for me and working out my glutes didn't help. My wife and I have seen several Chiropractors over the years. Then we quit chiropractic because we got tired of being sold a package of promises and did not receive the results promised and, in some cases, our conditions worsened. In December 2015, I was desperate for help with ongoing tailbone and low back pain. I had 6 physical therapy treatments, which helped alleviate some of the pain. Then decided to also get Chiropractic help from Dr. Kazem at Socal Chiropractic. Dr. Kazem had great reviews and was located near my home. After my initial consultation, x-rays, discussion about her approach to my condition and my first treatment, I encouraged my wifed to also go. I like Dr. Kazem and his approach to healing--being the responsibility of both the patient and the Dr. I felt an immediate reduction in my pain level and continue to make progress after 4 treatments. He is great to work with and is willing to work with what the patient can realistically commit to. I like that he plays sports, has a great understanding of how muscle and bones work together, is extremely thorough in assessing your condition, provides education and instruction while treating you, is realistic about what she can and may not be able to do given a particular condition, and is interested seeing good long-term results. Had lower back and sciatic nerve pain. I went to see Dr. Kazem, who was able to help relieve some of the pain and he recommended some stretches and a tens unit to help relieve the pain. Had a couple of visits and i can honestly say they help me a lot with my pain. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, I recommend you to go visit him if your having any back pain. I travelled down from San Francisco for a conference when I unexpectedly experienced awful neck pain. After I googled how to fix it I hesitatingly searched for a local chiropractor. In full transparency, I went off of the Yelp reviews I saw here since I didn't know how else to find a good one. With some caution to the wind I went in and saw Dr. Kazem. Friendly, clean office and came off as a person who cared about his patients. To cut to the chase: no joke that I walked out of his office 45 minutes later feeling better than before the neck pain started! I've been having a lot of lower back problems all my life and my parents use to brush it off as growing pains or my posture (this is partially true I know I know). I've been preaching chiro care for years! I am a real estate agent and am always on the go! I met Dr.Kazem through yelp! since he was close to my office. I checked in and he was there to greet me, he was super cool and down to earth. I felt like he was just one of the guys and not a sneaky chiropractor trying to milk all my money like some shady $50 appointment coupons i used.. ($50 adjustment.. $10 effort) After I told him about my complaints from being on a computer a lot and running around like a madman* My neck/shoulders and wrists were my main concern. I have a chronic back/hip issue that started in 2013, I have received Chiro Treatments previously. I could not get relief from others, like Dr. Kazem. I went in to SoCal chiropractic for my tension headaches. They were horrible and constant so even though I wasn't sure chiropractic could help, I was willing to try anything. Dr. Kazem was very knowledgeable about things I could do outside the office to help, but above all is an incredible adjuster. I had noticable improvement after just one adjustment and by the second the headaches were no longer interfering with my sleep and life. I chose to continue on with wellness care, at least a few times a month because I notice such a difference in my body. Dr. Kazem explained how the nervous system controls everything and how how chiropractic helps the nervous system communicate. I came to see Dr. Kazem for neck pain and headaches. I've always been hesitant about getting my neck adjusted but all my concerns were eased after visiting Dr. Kazem. He was able to figure out and explain to me that the headache symptoms were arising from tension and lack of motion in my neck area. After calming down the muscle tissue in my neck, Dr. Kazem was able to adjust my neck with such finesse that I felt no aggravation from the adjustment and felt almost immediate relief! It turns out that the top vertebrae in my neck was significantly rotated to the right side. I felt really comfortable with the treatment recommendation of once a week that was suggested by Dr. Kazem, unlike some offices that request to see you 3/week for 3 months (who has that kind of availability?). I move here from San Jose 6 months ago and have been to 3 chiropractors here in San Diego and was just not satisfied. Most chiros want to take your money and rush you out. I had a great first experience with Chiropractic care and I'm glad it was with Dr. Kazem! He explained everything about my aches and pains in detail, took his time and asked tons of questions, and really made the whole experience very comfortable.
