Or sure- I go and do the obligatory physical every year with all the corresponding tests, but I've yet to find a doctor that I want to have a long term relationship with. Well- that all changed the other day when I visited Dr. Sachtleben. So what made me change my mind? First of all- his office squeezed me in even though I wasn't a regular patient. Much appreciated given I was sick and needed some help. Secondly- this guy listens. Took the time to hear why I was there all the while typing what I said into his computer so that he could refer back to it. We talked about a wide range of things and what I liked is that he did not offer up the standard doctor lines about things. There is always more than one way to solve an issue and Dr. Sachtleben subscribes to that theory. All in all- not only did he solve my health issue- but he built my trust which is what I ask for in someone who is going to partner with me on my health. He came recommended to me by another doctor that I know and trust and I feel good about recommending him here. Now if I could only learn to pronounce his name properly!!

Received no call back from anyone that could give me clarity. They don't do that until appt is scheduled. I get it. Not sure who's managing billing/ops end of the store--it seems the back end of the shop operates in a way that does not serve the Dr--at least publicly. Never made the appt--total bummer. Don't go here. Just don't…read more I needed a doctor and thought this location was too convenient to pass up. This isn't a normal doctor's office. From the looks of it, I think it was a free clinic. It's dirty and crowded. I was so creeped out sitting there. However, the doctor charged me a lot. So... not free. The doctor was training a student or something. Before the doctor came in, I had to explain all my symptoms to the student. Then when the doctor finally came in, the student explained all of my symptoms to her, which I could have just done myself. It was embarrassing to say the least, hearing everything I had just said repeated back. The receptionists are not at all friendly and don't seem to understand questions. I even tried calling there after to find out if I was ever going to get a bill. They had no idea. It was like pulling teeth getting an answer. When I finally got a hold of the doctor, (who apparently works in several different offices, and therefore has several different phone numbers, all of which she doesn't answer) she told me to wait for the bill. I finally got the bill, sent my check, and it still hasn't been deposited. It's been a couple months. Avoid this place like the plague... even if you have the plague.
