Dr Frazier is awesome. The only "complaint" I have is that he's often booked full so make sure you schedule your appointment at least a week in advance. I went in for a back pain that's been bothering me for weeks. Dr Frazier is one of the few DOs that specialize and practice OMM (Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine). He was great at diagnosing the root cause and taught me a couple of stretches that I can easily do at home. Most doctors end up working at hospitals after their residency, it's truly refreshing to see Dr Frazier and his partner pursuing a different career path in private practice with the goal of giving back to the community. Btw, street parking is available and free, I would still try to go when there's not a Sox game. Just let the ladies at the front desk know and they'll give you a pass to place in the windshield. read more

Little did I know I had stumbled upon the best doctor I have ever been to in my 25 years of life. Dr. Gina Ciaccia has a passion for medicine and delivering the best care possible. She took the time to connect with me as a person, asking important questions about family history and personal history. She went so far as to e-mail me to follow up on a major concern I was having, which really blew me away. I've been going to this family practice for about 4 months now and I'm so glad that I decided to make Dr. Gina my general care physician. I recently left my family's medical plan and honestly had no idea what to look for in a doctor. This practice was close to my house and it's generally uncommon to find two female doctors in one small practice, so I decided to give it a try. I'm very glad that I did. I happen to have visited the doctors office at least 4 times in the past 4 months for various reasons (general check up, laryngitis, an allergic reaction and a subsequent check-up). It wasn't a fun time for me medically but I was always impressed in how quickly a doctor was able to see me and how quickly my prescriptions would be available for pick-up (one time my medicine was ready within 15 mins). The doctors and the nurses are very nice, also. I like knowing that I can have an honest conversation with my doctor and she genuinely listens. I'm a returning client to doctor Gina Ciaccia, but the front desk lady is super rude to me. I was late - my fault, because my appointment was at 3pm and I totally forgot that's school hours and the roads were blocked. I arrived at 315pm, I said hi, mentioned my appointment at 3 and was about to apologize. The lady didn't even let me finish and cut me off saying" you have to reschedule, you only have 10 minutes to get here, the doctor got no time for you now". I understand I am late, you can tell me politely to come back. When I asked what's the next available appointment, she ignored me. I asked again, she said " give me a second OK?!" She was having her lunch at the time so maybe she had a busy day, but should not treat your clients like that. Sorry I won't come back to this place, nothing against the doctor, but the front desk should pay the client some respect. read more

I love this place. I take my son here he typically see's Dr.Frazier. They are so friendly, so personable, and seem to really care about their patients. They have late days and Saturday hours. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Laura Niiro I am so glad I took her advice.. she is general practitioner as well as a female doctor.. I didn't know what to expect but now, I never would go to another doctor as long as I'm in Chicago. From the start she was friendly, went over my entire medical history, got to know me. We went over what brought me in that day and covered everything thoroughly. What's really wonderful about Dr. Niirro is the way she makes time for you. In a time where Doctors are notorious for rushing patients in and out as fast as possible and too often you leave feeling like they don't know or care about you, it's nice to see Dr. Niiro takes her time with you to make sure you get the treatment you deserve and need. From walking in I was greeted with a smile, walked through paper work, and was taken into the back in less than 10 minutes. What a disappointment. I set an appointment for my kids to be seen at the same time and day. While I was scheduling my appointment I asked if there was an earlier time to be seen because of the Sox game they told me no the only way they can be seen at the same time was at 645 pm so I kept the appointment. They supposedly called to reschedule and never called me to confirm if I received the message that they volunteered to change my appointment. I arrive 45 mins early to be told they reschedule my oldest son a day earlier but never confirming with me and that they have no openings. What makes me mad is that I specifically told this office I wanted both kids to be seen the same day and time. This office does not care about their customers or the value of their time. read more

An amazing staff. My family has since moved from Chicago back to Modesto and definitely miss the personal attention the staff and doctors gave us. We are a bit of a high maintenance family due to all the special needs my kids have and they have been nothing but fantastic to all of us. Kim always knew what we needed to do next and would have candy waiting for the kids as we left. She never complained about the kids being soo rowdy and loud. Dr Matt and Gina are both god sent. Always willing to listen to all my concerns about my kids and even my medical issues. They are great people and would recommend them to everyone. The only downside is the parking, check the Sox schedule & make sure to get the parking pass from the office. I am having surgery and and have them 3 times to get some test results sent over to my surgeon's office and they have not sent them. Dr. Gina Ciaccia is such a great advocate for true patient care, as opposed to maximizing the number of patience that her office sees. The way that bigger hospital offices schedule patience and the break down of communication in certain primary care offices makes it very difficult to get the attention that you need. Dr. Ciaccia's office and patient centered operation truly allow you to develop a relationship with the physician. Not only are they extremely accommodating, but they are personable, extensively knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned with your individual well being. I may be moving out of town and moving away from their office is a huge negative for me. I was a patient of Dr. Gina Ciaccia (one of the founding physicians of Total Care Physicians) when she was at the Advocate IL Masonic Family Practice in Ravenswood. Now, don't get me wrong. I liked the convenience offered at the Ravenswood practice and had a good experience with 99% of the physicians I had seen there--but Dr. Ciaccia is so phenomenal I am willing to give up a 5 minute commute to the doctor's office to have continuity of care and see her at her new Bridgeport practice. Dr. Ciaccia lives up to the name of her practice. She is dedicated to offering total care at the convenience of her patients. Total Care Physicians accepts a vast array of insurance and offers appointments outside of the 9-5 a couple days a week plus some weekend hours. But I'm not continuing to see Dr. Ciaccia merely for the convenience of accepted insurance and hours. She has the most compassionate bedside manner I've ever encountered, is knowledgeable, and remembers her patients as people, not merely a chart on file. Dr. Ciaccia really put a lot of thought and care into establishing a friendly, efficient, and even soothing medical practice. read more

I have seen all three Doctors and find them to be caring, informative and they do listen. All three have helped me with my medical needs. The office manager has an attitude. Seems like she is friendly when there is a doctor within hearing distance. I called the office because my insurance required a pre-authorization for a test that was ordered. I was informed by the same office manage that they do not call insurance companies. There have been times I was put on hold and forgot about.
