I looked around to try and find the best Dr. and I'm so grateful i came across him! The fact that he called my mother right after surgery to tell her how it went was awesome! So she wasn't sitting around worried wondering all day! I have nothing but great things to say about him and his team he truly has an A-Team! Maybe an hour later her foot really started hurting. She couldn't even put any pressure on it. I was scared. I hate seeing her in pain . We showed up to the specialist at 10 o'clock in the morning and they x-rayed my mom's foot. Thankfully Dr. Orlando said she was OK. She'll be back wearing high heels in no time because that's the most important thing for her. She should be feeling better soon ! Thank you Dr. Orlando with your dreamy eyes! Five stars!

I less diagnosed with PTOA and it was confirmed in multiple visits, but it wasn't documented in my chart until the third appointment, which made it difficult to understand my diagnosis and treatment plan. I was also told during my visit that surgery wasn't performed by this provider, but when I later contacted the office, I was told he was in surgery that same day. That inconsistency was confusing and left me unsure about my options moving forward. Overall, I didn't feel like there was clear communication or a solid plan for my care. I ended up needing to look elsewhere for further evaluation and treatment. Finally he decided he didn't want to see me because of a "negative social media post" aka a yelp review. Here's a tip do your job properly and people wouldn't have leave negative reviews. After this experience, I chose to seek care elsewhere. I did not feel comfortable continuing care here and would not recommend this provider based on my experience.

The worst. The literal WORST…read more I'll be filing a complaint with the state as well as the insurance company. Do not see this doctor for anything if you want to get back to your optimal physical condition. If you are under 75 years old, this place is not for you. We've been with PIH for decades and in the past 5 years, it's become deplorable. The visit with this doctor was so alarming and ridiculous that I immediately canceled my association with the medical group as a whole, my insurance company United Health got my injured daughter urgent admission into the Memorial Care group and it's been like night and day. MC is how PIH USED to be. I canceled my entire family's decades-long association with PIH primarily due to the rotten cherry-on-top utterly deplorable and disappointing visit with Chou. I really can't even refer to him as "Dr" because he certainly did not conduct himself thusly. Do not go to this Dr. Perhaps he was good and attentive at one time, those days are no longer.

Finding a healthcare professional who truly changes your quality of life is rare, but D. Jeffrey Su…read morehas done exactly that. My partner initially sought his help to address a painful shoulder muscle tear, especially since he hadn't been exercising or going to the gym for a while. From the first appointment, it was clear that Dr. Su is both very patient and incredibly knowledgeable about the human body. He doesn't just focus on a quick fix; instead, he takes the time to help you understand exactly how to avoid and prevent future injuries. Dr. Su helped my partner define his long-term goals so that he's not just feeling better today, but fully prepared for his older years. They focused heavily on building back a solid foundation through correct posture and strengthening my partner's core. Dr. Su spent significant time correcting his basic movements to ensure he's exercising and lifting properly. Thanks to his guidance, my partner's been able to build his muscle back and feel confident returning to a regular fitness routine. He's now motivated to continue his exercises consistently, which is a huge win for his overall health. This is especially important now that my partner's in his 50's, as his priority is staying mobile to enjoy life and travel in the future. Dr. Su is exceptionally professional and consistently pleasant to work with throughout every session. His holistic approach to recovery and longevity is truly impressive and sets Dr. Su apart from others in his field. I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to his patients' recovery and long-term well being. We definitely recommend Dr. Su and his outstanding services to anyone looking for top-tier care!

I was referred to Dr. Jeffery Su by my partner, who found him via Yelp. I decided to go with Dr. Su…read moreafter researching all of my physical therapist options through my health insurance and found that they all had terrible Yelp reviews. The reason my partner liked Dr. Su was because he actually tries to help you without roping you into seeing him multiple times just to get money out of you, which I found to be very true - he was able to fix me in just 3 sessions. Paying the $165 per session out of pocket (still FSA/HSA eligible though), was well worth the money in my opinion because I was desperate to get better from my pickleball injury and get back to playing ASAP. Before coming to Dr. Su, I was trying to diagnose myself with ChatGPT and was following their prescribed regimen to heal myself. I wish I had gone to Dr. Su earlier because he was able to diagnose my issue in the first session and give me actionable strengthening exercises (he posts all the assigned exercises, with instructional videos, on the PtEverywhere App) to provide me with some immediate relief from the pain. Dr. Su said that I had strained my (sacrotuberous) ligament, which ChatGPT said would take 4-6 weeks to heal. After religiously doing my strengthening exercises for 4 weeks, I found that my pain was low enough to where Dr. Su approved my slow return to Pickleball and Aerial Silks (he's incredibly responsive via text). I found that as I would play, the same right side was continuing to give me trouble. So I went back to see him a 2nd time. At this session he was able to diagnose that my right hip was super tight and was impeding my recovery - he wasn't able to discover that during the first session because I was in so much pain that he was only focused on fixing that first. He used a strap to pull on my right hip to gain some mobility back, but it barely moved. The next couple of days I was incredibly sore but continued to religiously complete my newly assigned strengthening exercises along with foam rolling (if he forgets to posts the exercises on the app, just text him and he'll post them right away). Whatever he did to me, worked because by the 3rd day, my pain was gone! That along with the foam rolling was probably exactly what I needed too because I was able to easily move into my right front split without the tightness I had been experiencing for years! My follow-up appointment was a week and a half later with Dr. Su and I had no pain to report to him. He tested my right hip again and was able to finally get the head of my right femur to actually "bounce"/move normally during this 3rd session. He taught me some lifetime maintenance and strengthening exercises for my overall health and longevity for playing pickleball, which he posted on the app. He also sent me some links to adjustable home weights to help me save space in my apartment. I generally have trouble sticking to self-guided workouts but Dr. Su simplified them to just 25 minutes of exercises, twice a week. Hey - if that's all I need to keep playing pickleball without injury for the rest of my life, I'm sold. Sign me up!

Okay let me start with my injury @ the age of 21 I was playing running back during a championship football game when a 285 pound lineman blew out both my knees causing them to both hyperextend which also destroyed cartilages in both my knees and also tearing an ACL ligament in my left knee. I did not go to the hospital emergency room (STUBBORN!!) if I had gone to the ER and put a cast on I'd probably be fine. But instead for one year experiencing many popping of the knee along with PAIN, ACE BANDAGE, ICE and SWELLING!! You can imagine how much more injury I caused because I'm very athletic doing all kinds of sports that you can dream of. Finally After a year passed I had a total of 6 Arthroscopic knee surgeries done during a 30 year span on my knees due to torn cartilages and one of the surgeries was an ACL reconstructive knee surgery on my left knee. Obviously, after time I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and whatever medical terms...lol. How I heard about Dr. Eberly was my mom had surgery done on both her knees successfully thanks to Dr. Eberly!! Keep in mind my mom was almost 90 years old!! My mom happen to mentioned my situation to Dr. Eberly. She told him my medical insurance would not do any knee replacements due to my A1C level being over 7.0 or below also I had some psoriasis on my knee as well. Dr. Eberly asked my mom if it was Kaiser Permanente who was denying the surgery? The answer was yes. My first left knee surgery occurred on 02/25/2021 (granddaughter birthday) I was 63. My second knee surgery was done 08/01/2023. Obtw, my Kaiser doctor which is retired now said, "I would probably need both full knee replacements @ the age of 55" pretty close estimate since I was in my 20's back then. Oh I also forgot to mention I've experienced a triple bypass heart surgery 2025. Currently "2026" my future goals now are bicycle racing w/ nephew & friends etc., golfing, scuba diving. I live in California so I plan to visit Dr. Eberly and crew whenever possible to let them know how grateful I am having a second chance in life with my new titanium knees..lol. Maybe I can scuba dive while I'm down there near the ocean. I've been referring people that need knee surgeries to Dr. Eberly. And to others I haven't met I recommend Dr. Eberly to anyone. Thanks for your time. God bless. David.
