Maybe an hour later her foot really started hurting. She couldn't even put any pressure on it. I was scared. I hate seeing her in pain . We showed up to the specialist at 10 o'clock in the morning and they x-rayed my mom's foot. Thankfully Dr. Orlando said she was OK. She'll be back wearing high heels in no time because that's the most important thing for her. She should be feeling better soon ! Thank you Dr. Orlando with your dreamy eyes! Five stars!

Life-Changing Hip Surgery - Highly Recommend Dr. Andrew Luu…read more I waited five months to write this review so I could give an honest perspective on my experience. Before surgery, I struggled with chronic knee pain for nearly a decade, and worsening hip pain had severely limited my mobility and function - I couldn't even put on my shoes or socks. Almost five months post-op from total hip replacement surgery, I have no knee pain, my hip feels great, and I'm back to daily walks (hills), YMCA classes - Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers. At nearly 64, I didn't imagine I'd be dancing and enjoying date nights with my husband so soon or even again! Dr. Luu is incredibly skilled, patient, warm, and deeply reassuring, guiding my husband and me every step of the way. His office staff members are respectful and helpful, which makes the whole experience smooth and comforting. This surgery restored my life - I feel joyful, active, and extremely grateful. I cannot recommend Dr. Andrew Luu enough!!

Then I tore my arm off the bone and needed to be cleared for a time sensitive surgery to not lose my tendon. He said I transferred care which I never did. Then a week later the office acted like I never called and said he can not clear me without seeing me and has no appointments. So I will lose my arm and he seems to not care, or at least his staff does not care. I said "please, I will lose my arm" and the office basically said that is my problem. Be aware if this dr finds anything small it could be held over you and cause you real issues that it would not cause if they were a better place. The staffs "not our problem" is not the way to handle a time sensitive surgery.

The worst. The literal WORST…read more I'll be filing a complaint with the state as well as the insurance company. Do not see this doctor for anything if you want to get back to your optimal physical condition. If you are under 75 years old, this place is not for you. We've been with PIH for decades and in the past 5 years, it's become deplorable. The visit with this doctor was so alarming and ridiculous that I immediately canceled my association with the medical group as a whole, my insurance company United Health got my injured daughter urgent admission into the Memorial Care group and it's been like night and day. MC is how PIH USED to be. I canceled my entire family's decades-long association with PIH primarily due to the rotten cherry-on-top utterly deplorable and disappointing visit with Chou. I really can't even refer to him as "Dr" because he certainly did not conduct himself thusly. Do not go to this Dr. Perhaps he was good and attentive at one time, those days are no longer.

Dr. Su made the entire process feel personalized to my specific needs rather than simply treating the symptoms. I'm an avid runner, and I started dealing with pain in my back and leg that was affecting my running. Dr. Su took the time to really understand what was going on and helped uncover not only the underlying causes of my pain, but also ways to prevent it from coming back. We analyzed my running form, identified areas where I could improve, and worked on strengthening the specific muscles that would help support my body and improve my mechanics. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just focus on getting me out of pain. He taught me how to move better and gave me the tools to continue improving on my own. I've come away from PT with a much better understanding of my body and my running. If you're looking for a physical therapist, I can't recommend Dr. Su highly enough. He's friendly, approachable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in helping them get back to doing what they love.

I was referred to Dr. Jeffery Su by my partner, who found him via Yelp. I decided to go with Dr. Su…read moreafter researching all of my physical therapist options through my health insurance and found that they all had terrible Yelp reviews. The reason my partner liked Dr. Su was because he actually tries to help you without roping you into seeing him multiple times just to get money out of you, which I found to be very true - he was able to fix me in just 3 sessions. Paying the $165 per session out of pocket (still FSA/HSA eligible though), was well worth the money in my opinion because I was desperate to get better from my pickleball injury and get back to playing ASAP. Before coming to Dr. Su, I was trying to diagnose myself with ChatGPT and was following their prescribed regimen to heal myself. I wish I had gone to Dr. Su earlier because he was able to diagnose my issue in the first session and give me actionable strengthening exercises (he posts all the assigned exercises, with instructional videos, on the PtEverywhere App) to provide me with some immediate relief from the pain. Dr. Su said that I had strained my (sacrotuberous) ligament, which ChatGPT said would take 4-6 weeks to heal. After religiously doing my strengthening exercises for 4 weeks, I found that my pain was low enough to where Dr. Su approved my slow return to Pickleball and Aerial Silks (he's incredibly responsive via text). I found that as I would play, the same right side was continuing to give me trouble. So I went back to see him a 2nd time. At this session he was able to diagnose that my right hip was super tight and was impeding my recovery - he wasn't able to discover that during the first session because I was in so much pain that he was only focused on fixing that first. He used a strap to pull on my right hip to gain some mobility back, but it barely moved. The next couple of days I was incredibly sore but continued to religiously complete my newly assigned strengthening exercises along with foam rolling (if he forgets to posts the exercises on the app, just text him and he'll post them right away). Whatever he did to me, worked because by the 3rd day, my pain was gone! That along with the foam rolling was probably exactly what I needed too because I was able to easily move into my right front split without the tightness I had been experiencing for years! My follow-up appointment was a week and a half later with Dr. Su and I had no pain to report to him. He tested my right hip again and was able to finally get the head of my right femur to actually "bounce"/move normally during this 3rd session. He taught me some lifetime maintenance and strengthening exercises for my overall health and longevity for playing pickleball, which he posted on the app. He also sent me some links to adjustable home weights to help me save space in my apartment. I generally have trouble sticking to self-guided workouts but Dr. Su simplified them to just 25 minutes of exercises, twice a week. Hey - if that's all I need to keep playing pickleball without injury for the rest of my life, I'm sold. Sign me up!
