    Drive thru rapid covid testing
    Meree C.

I normally go through PIH but grew tired of waiting on months end just to be seen. I phoned all in one to see if they have availability. It must've been my lucky day as the staff helped me schedule an appointment the very next day. I scheduled an appointment for rapid covid testing and assistance on weight loss. I also was able to schedule an appointment for my mother as well. My first reaction was how clean the facility was. The staff was warm and friendly. And paperwork was minimal. I must've sat down for less than 5 minutes and was seen right away. They did your typical weight, blood pressure and o2 sat and showed me to my exam room. The doctor came in and greeted me and we spoke about my concerns. I had mentioned that I was interested in their weight loss options and also that I needed something that was a safe route for me as I am diabetic. The Doctor answered all of my questions and helped with my concerns. I couldn't believe how attentive he was to my needs. We worked out a weight loss plan and he even provided me helpful meal plans! I also did the rapid testing for covid which was the nasal swab. It wasn't as scary as I thought it was. It was quick (tickled my nose lol) and waited for my results. Negative thank god lol. I have multiple appointments scheduled here and can't wait to see my results. If you want someone who will actually listen to you and help create a plan for your well being I suggest you give this place a try. Everything was easy and I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you so much again!

Dr.Rezai and Deanna are both so welcoming, educated, and very informative answering any and all the questions I asked. I went to go get my vaccination which I was hesitant to do so but they informed me and gave me the option of all three vaccines: Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson (Jansen). It was my first time going there but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside. The clinic is very clean, and modern. Dr.Rezai shared with me how he goes between his office in Whittier and commutes over to Rancho Mirage area as which just showed me how hard working and dedicated he is. He does a number of things such as weight loss, Botox, and I even saw some psych help which I understand in these times is extremely sought out. Hours - I was surprised by his hours they're extremely friendly to those who work. Monday - Wednesday: 8:00am - 8:00pm (in office) Wednesday- Friday: Telehealth I'd confirm for exact hours Saturday - 9:00 - 6:00pm Lastly he is contracted with most insurances, I will be back here no doubt. Excited for his new clinic to thrive and help others! Here are a few pictures I was able to take as well

First time coming to this clinic and I am very impressed with my visit with Dr. Rezai and the clinic space! When I walked in there was a TV showing health, fitness/meditation, and diet teaching it was very informative. During the visit Dr. Rezai explained everything about my condition and even showed me visually drawing on the anatomy. He really took the time to get to know me as a new patient and to cover all my questions and concerns. I've never felt more valued and respected as a patient than with Dr. Rezai. I would highly recommend his clinic!

I saw Dr. Zamora at the Optum clinic in Via Campo. Over a year later, the experience still haunts…read moreme. I write this review in hopes Dr. Zamora will read it and consider it in her future practice. I went to her, hoping to find a new primary care doctor. I was so hopeful and happy to have found her. She must be very smart as she graduated from very good schools. I researched her. I chose her. I was late for my first appointment, so I was turned back. I understand there are rules, so I accepted it and made another appointment. I was early to my second appointment and finally saw her. However, this time, she was late. She said the system was acting up. But still, my point is: if you are going to be strict about patients showing up on time, you need to be very punctual as well. You will be expected to be on time. Things happen, like a system that goes down, but that is why some level of flexibility is important from both sides. It is impossible to have it both ways and not seem unfair or arbitrary. Then I was seen. And here is the reason why I write this review. At some point in the physical appointment, Dr. Zamora asked me if I wanted a breast exam. I do not enjoy these examinations in any special way. However, I know they are important, so I said yes. She said she would do it, so I started lifting my shirt to get ready. The Doctor then started treating me in a very deffensive way, making me feel awkward as if I was doing something inappropriate and I was making her uncomfortable. Then she told me that I had to wait for her not to be in the room to undress. Has anyone heard this rule before? I had not. I did feel like I was doing something wrong at the moment because of the way she treated me and because of the way she acted, but looking back, I did nothing wrong; I was merely cooperating and trying to be as accommodating as possible, trying to make her job easy. So, of course, I agreed to wait until she was not in the room. She left, and I undressed from my waist up. But by then, I was second-guessing my every move and feeling embarrassed and confused. The Doctor came back and did her examination. I put my clothes back on as soon as I could (since I personally do not like to be undressed in front of other people, have I made that clear enough?). I wanted to be seen in a strictly medical way only, despite what the doctor may have been thinking that made her act so strangely. And the physical went on. At no point did Doctor Zamora care to make me feel welcomed, at ease, or comfortable. It seemed as if I was just something else, she had to work on that day, and she could not wait to say "next." Doctor Zamora was very short and was not interested in making any meaningful professional connection with me. She seemed tired; she seemed frustrated; she looked like someone who is overworked would look like. She seemed unhappy in her current position (talking to me); she seemed like she wished she was somewhere else. And there I was, after I had been looking forward to seeing her, all confused and offended but still trying to be as pleasant and friendly as I could. I have no problem going to the Doctor, but I can see how someone who does not like going to the Doctor could be utterly traumatized after an interaction like the one I had. It was odd. I left the clinic feeling ashamed, anxious, confused, and disappointed. I feel that it is not fair that other people who have no choice may have to endure what I endured, a really bad experience. Dr. Zamora needs to be grateful for her clients and her job or find something else to do. We are the ones who pay her bills at the end of the day. And there is that thing about the oath that she took. She should not treat anyone else the way she treated me. And if a past experience is responsible for the Doctor's actions, then perhaps she should talk to another professional about it.

There was absolutely no follow-up with me either by the doctor or her staff on what I need to do or what medication I need. In fact, it's been almost a year but I haven't been contacted yet regarding my condition. I went to this doctor after reading Yelp and google reviews which I regret now. Can't speak for others, but I didn't have a good experience with her. Certainly not going to her ever again.

The office was clean, I had a co-pay of $25 and the doctor was nice but he gave me poor medical care. He said " I won't diagnose it as __ but we will treat it as ___ ". Confusing but I received a prescription so I was pleased. My symptoms became painful throughout the day so I called my physicians office and they couldn't see me until 2 days. By my appointment all my symptoms had severely intensified. My physician took one look at me and knew what was going on. I received a steroid shot, pain medication and a referral to see a specialist that same day. Symptoms got better and I saw the specialist with a co-pay of $65. Received the proper care and moved on with life. A month later I receive a text from carbon saying "your bill is ready from your visit". To make things more ridiculous it was due in 5 days and of courses they were automatically charging it. No explanation just a bill so I emailed them for an itemized bill as my insurance didn't send me anything saying they didn't cover the full visit. They have yet to respond. Over that time, my blood work and treatment results were generally positive, and from a clinical standpoint things were going well. That said, there were a few issues that became frustrating over time. Even when visits were only to review routine lab results, Dr. Ho refused to do phone or virtual appointments. I often waited 30+ minutes in the lobby, drove through traffic both ways, and then had a 10-15 minute conversation that easily could have been handled remotely. The bigger problem came recently when my insurance changed from UnitedHealthcare to Cigna after more than seven years. I proactively called the office to update my information and was told they do not accept Cigna. No real explanation was given beyond "we're not set up with them." I then offered to pay cash and handle reimbursement myself through my insurance, which would have required no extra work from their office. That was also declined, simply because I technically have insurance -- insurance they don't accept. At that point it became clear the office no longer wanted me as a patient. For someone in the middle of long-term treatment, this was extremely frustrating and disruptive. Between the rigid appointment policies and the refusal to work with either my new insurance or a self-pay option, I've decided to find a new primary care doctor. Very disappointing experience after being a loyal patient for two years.

What could be more frustrating than feeling unheard or unsupported by your own doctor--especially…read morewhen you're trying to advocate for your health? After my original primary care doctor opted out of the medical group associated with my insurance, I decided to find a new PCP. I chose Dr. Ho based on many positive reviews and was hopeful I'd receive attentive and thoughtful care. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. I scheduled my annual checkup, and the appointment was relatively easy to make--easier than with my previous doctor. During the visit, Dr. Ho took time to go over my family medical history and current concerns, spending nearly an hour explaining various medical terms. While thorough, it felt more like he was showcasing his medical knowledge rather than truly listening or showing empathy. I mentioned a specific concern--a small lump near my uterus--and requested an ultrasound. Dr. Ho dismissed it at first, saying if there were a tumor or cyst, I would not be able to feel it clearly from my skin. Thankfully, he still agreed to send me for an ultrasound and gave me a referral to an OBGYN for further evaluation. However, things quickly went downhill from there. The ultrasound referral had my last name spelled incorrectly. I'm still unsure whether that error came from Dr. Ho's office or the medical group. I also never received the referral letter to the OBGYN. When I called the office multiple times to follow up, the front desk staff was impatient and quick to blame the medical group for the name mix-up and the missing referral. I contacted the medical group myself--they corrected my name but told me Dr. Ho's office never submitted the OBGYN referral. I decided to move forward with the ultrasound anyway. That's when things got even more frustrating. The ultrasound technician informed me the referral was only for an abdominal ultrasound, not a pelvic/uterine one. As a non-native English speaker, I had assumed the referral covered the area I was concerned about. Instead, I ended up with a scan of everything except what I asked for. When I called Dr. Ho's office to clarify, the staff insisted that the abdominal ultrasound was "sufficient" and told me to speak to the OBGYN about uterine concerns--again, the referral I never got. After more back and forth, they said they'd resubmit the referral. Two weeks later, I still hadn't received anything, but I was able to get the referral number from the medical group. When I finally tried to book an appointment with the OBGYN, their office told me the referral was only for a pap smear, not for evaluating my actual concerns. On the same day, Dr. Ho's office called to discuss my ultrasound results. I asked again about the proper referral, and the front desk staff responded dismissively, saying it was the OBGYN's responsibility now--or that I should just come in to talk to Dr. Ho again. At this point, I'd had enough. I shouldn't have to fight this hard for basic coordination of care. I don't feel heard, cared for, or respected--not by Dr. Ho, and certainly not by his staff. I've decided to switch primary doctors. No one should have to chase down referrals, correct clerical mistakes themselves, or beg for appropriate testing--especially when it comes to something as important as your reproductive health.
