Ambience- the place looked clean and they were following COVID-19 protocols. Selection- the selection of eyeglasses was not that much. There were designer brands such as Gucci, Burberry, Ray ban, etc. But it was not a lot. I chose a Burberry distance eyeglasses for myself which had the blue light filter because I use the computer a lot. Also, I ordered their branded Hoya lenses. From what I recall, it all cost more than $400 for the eyeglasses and I had to pay around $40+ out of pocket because my insurance covered the rest. I would've liked to order sunglasses for distance but that would've cost me $200+ more and I did not have the budget for that expense. The eyeglasses came in authentic Burberry box and the lenses had a special Hoya certification and microfibre cloth with a lens cleaner. As for the ophthalmologist, she seemed knowledgeable but I found there was some cross selling happening for multivitamins such as omega 3 (which I do agree is beneficial) but the one they sell in store might be more expensive from the one you get from Walmart pharmacy area. Also, they also offered some laser treatment for eyes for wrinkles and for dry eyes. I didn't do it because I don't have the budget and I'm not really sure if I need it right now, but yeah they do offer some aesthetic procedures as well to remove (?) or maybe diminish the wrinkles. The staff said they had a special promotion during Mother's Day and Christmas so if you were going to drop by, maybe it's good to do so when they have those promotions so you can get a discount.
