So i waited until yesterday 02/24/2026 to call since i still hadn't gotten anything and the manager told me that she was working on my samples yesterday and an invoice was going to be sent out shortly. again, never received it. So i went in person to follow up on my samples today 02/25/2026 since i was told they were going to be finished by today or tomorrow and i wanted to make sure progress was being made since i hadn't been given any form of payment to pay still. I go in person and the manager isn't even there. My clothes are in boxes still untouched, so she lied to me, and are sitting underneath a cart. I tell the guy who's working there that i'm here to follow up on my samples i dropped off last week and he's clueless. He has to text the manager and owner to get context. I finally receive my invoice and i open it only to see it say $534 lmao. This place is crazy unprofessional. I can't tell you how many times i've had to just show up in person to press the staff on any doing their job since i can't get any real answers over the phone. It's not hard to communicate if you can't follow through on something and speaks more to your clients than trying to over promise and under sell.

No, I am sorry, no, I really did not want to do the job, no, I should have called you back, no, I wasn't really out of town for the two months you lost on your project, no, see you later come again! Especially when it's hot, I don't want him rewearing any polos. Anton was giving 10% discounts for our kids' school through the end of August and this was the 30th. I talked to them over the phone, which they were nice, but asked me to place the order online for in person pickup. Thankfully my husband's job is nearby, otherwise this is a 25+ mile for us to go to. Anyway, Heidi said the there would be an area to place the discount online (there isn't that I could tell) and I ended up paying full price. I called Heidi and she said she would give me the 10% back however I wanted. I said wait until we come into the store. The next Friday, my husband went to the store (he said trees were blocking the view of the store's sign, so he missed it) and picked up the polo and Heidi refunded the 10% back onto our card. This was overall easy. I'm glad they were opened on Saturday and we could take advantage of the discounts. Their prices are just slightly less than Simply Uniform, so next time, when one of the kids needs additional clothes, we'll consider this as another place we can get their school clothing. They couldn't find my order in their computer even though both shirts were bought directly from them by me and they made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Then they dismissed the wear on the shirts and said they are not responsible for wear and tear. These shirts were visibly different and bought at the same time!! That goes to show you the quality and customer service. They charge for shipping no matter how much your order is and they don't do preorder pickup. They have really odd hours that don't accommodate most working parents. Overall bad experience with them.

Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else.
