And continued to assault her. 4) Keep in mind" the teacher wasn't anywhere to be seen (and was fired shortly after) 5) No one addressed the victim til minutessss after the fact 6) an incident report was written, but no one called the mom of EITHER student. Especially the one who was harmed! 7) The owner of the facility refused to show security tapes of the incident to the parent whose child was injured. Then: when my 8 year olds dad picked her up at 5pm, the workers, teacher/coaches were sitting on their phones, all the students were sitting silently at the tables while an 11 year old boy yelled and bossed them around. Dad confronted the owner about mass punishment (but got a vague Response). All in all, were able to get a refund for the remainder of the summer. My daughter really enjoyed the activity and karate but if something like a kid getting choke can go unseen...what else can be over looked! I will be honest, I was a bit shocked. At 8, he had no problem embracing the discipline. I'm proud of how he's setting goals and vigorously pursuing them. Not only is he learning physical techniques, but he's understanding the self-control and the leadership associated with the art. The youthful energetic staff of martial artist, under the leadership of 6th Degree Black Belt (Master) Rankin, are definitely forging positive change in the lives of the young and not so young ;-) members of the our community.

Vinyasa was Monday night, then hot power flow on Tuesday night, warm flow on Wednesday night and finally slow deep stretch tonight. Vinyasa was great. Big class and lots of energy. I had never done "hot" yoga but holy crap, 15 bodies and 3 heaters at 90 degrees?! Listen, it was almost a spiritual experience, well worth the 15 dollar drop in price. The instructor (don't recall her name) did a great job keeping our heads focused while in the heat. Warm yoga was good, a lot like normal yoga. Deep stretch yoga was good but a little slower than I am used to but Jennie did a great job with good energy and love. If your in Warner Robins swing by. Well worth it. Great gals.

Their schedule has more options than any studio I have been too. My favorite class was Buti yoga on Sunday with Jackie. I just want to give a shout out to Mrs. Jones who taught the adult beginners lessons. She was super patient and made the lessons fun! Got me to a point of jumping into the deep pool and being able to tread water! I'm amazed at the progress I've made. Thanks to the facility to setting a time that works for parents to be able to do an activity like this and to not feel judged. I can't wait to take the intermediate adults class. I love that the pools are indoor to make year round practicing an option. Lifeguards are always present when you're in the pool. Everyone is super helpful! They offer classes for all levels and ages. Aerobics too. The only con I can say is it's hard to reach anyone by phone - no matter what prompt I try. Facebook and email is somewhat hard to get a response from too but better than by phone. They do post regularly on Facebook. There's a screen inside with the most updated information and closings too.

The staff is just…read moreannoying enough to keep order and make sure that the patrons behave and take care of the gym, but other than that they are all very nice, laid back and courteous. The gym has a nice swimming pool, two basketball courts (the one in the front was recently redone, 2021), a gaggle of racquetball courts, two gyms (one crossfit-esque), ping pong tables, and a martial arts room. Not to mention the various other rooms where group classes are held. There is also an upstairs indoor track, the full track and football/soccer field across the street, and another outdoor crossfit area. WIthout writing a 3 page review, there is no way to completely describe the amenities, but if you have access to the base, this is one of two very nice gyms available to you.
