The gym has a nice swimming pool, two basketball courts (the one in the front was recently redone, 2021), a gaggle of racquetball courts, two gyms (one crossfit-esque), ping pong tables, and a martial arts room. Not to mention the various other rooms where group classes are held. There is also an upstairs indoor track, the full track and football/soccer field across the street, and another outdoor crossfit area. WIthout writing a 3 page review, there is no way to completely describe the amenities, but if you have access to the base, this is one of two very nice gyms available to you. The only issue is the price. It's as expensive as LA Fitness but doesn't offer as many amenities. Aside from that, it is in a really good location. It gets congested at times but it's typically easy on and out. During peak hours it gets crowded quickly. The back room that has all of the free weights and squat racks feels crowded after 4 or 5 people go back there. People in here are typically very nice and enjoy a good chat. However they leave you alone if you wear headphones or have a rbf like I do. There is a smattering of dude bros but not very many. Overall good gym for what and where it is. For us it was more convenient than the base but I doubt we will renew after contract is up. Oh yeah, the contract sucks. They charge much more for month to month and lock you in for a year.

That is not the norm where I live - Phoenix Arizona - as far as "gym/health club pass generosity." I took one of their Cardio group classes on a Tuesday night. Instructor was also welcoming/professional. Her class kicked my butt! Maybe six more times, I came in & used the elliptical + other equipment, which was clean and all in good working order. Women's locker room is also clean & offers large individual shower stalls/bathrooms. This facility was just right for what I needed: 1. within five minute drive from where I was staying 2. a few group classes offered 3. plenty of elliptical machines 4. plenty of free weights + weight machines 5. tanning bed accessibility They also have their "Zone Room" for group training - love that they post a suggested workout to inspire/guide you, like the one from Fourth of July week! Alexis was working there another day & her sweet smile welcomed me in to your gym as well. I highly recommend & would join if I lived in WR.

Then he said "you need to leave" then he said, I'm calling the police. The police came and I proceed to show the guy who works night and the police my app and email I received that my account is active. Then he said, "just because you have the barcode doesn't mean you are account is active". So then the police and him asked me to leave and I left. On July 7, 2025 the store Erica the store manager contacted me and told me that they had my my account with a different name but its fix now. Overall, we like it, but that's because we go during off-peak hours. There are plenty of plates and…read moredumbbells, and multiple stations for everything. Why I'm not giving this gym five stars? Two reasons. 1) Equipment that is out of order. I understand, commercial gym equipment breaks and needs maintenance. The complaint is that broken equipment tends to remain in disrepair for extended periods. One leg curl machine was out of order for a month. And, the cable machines are "wonky." I can't tell whether most of the stations just need silicone lube or if the guide poles (the vertical poles the weights are mounted to) are actually warped. They are not smooth at all; the resistance feels different throughout the cable's travel. Strange. And 2) - Housekeeping. There is always trash on the floor and under the machines, and the women's restroom is horrible. My husband says the men's room usually looks like a third-rate truck stop. And... it would help if they would teach (mostly the younger people) at the front desk to acknowledge you when you come in.
