However they werent successful in reaching her to advise our scheduled instructor wasn't available for our time. Heather happened to be there and apologize for the confusion, she herself had a class scheduled but said she was willing to do ours too if we could wait an hour. Since we were all there (10+), we agreed. Heather advised she's the instructor for the booty barre class but she gave us a sample of everything. The class was great! She was very upbeat and had a great attitude. We appreciate her taking care of us and turning around what started out as a totally negative experience!

The only downfall is the monthly cost of Crossfit compared to most gyms. I can honestly say I enjoyed this box. There was a good sense of community amongst the members and the workouts were typically good. I did find some of the workouts to be ridiculous in the sense that I didn't break a sweat but it was rare. The box in DC I belong to is intense all the time so hopefully this box has stepped up its game when it comes to intensity. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and I got used to the $85/month charge.
