She was sweet, friendly and did a wonderful job. I got an older gentleman with some grey in his hair. He was a nasty jerk to put it nicely. He kept grunting and making remarks under his breath a few times he even jerked my hands around roughly. It was very obvious he was annoyed with me. At one point he lightly slapped my thumb down 3 times, I said excuse me is there something you need me to do he muttered again and had me go wash. When I sat down the younger girl that did my sons pedicure took over for him (thank god) I then watched him doing the same nasty behavior with the women next to me. The younger lady told me she was only in on weekends because of school during the week. So for anyone deciding to go there I would highly recommend requesting her. If they give you an older gentleman steer far away!!!

i wouldn't even give this place 1 star! i went to this…read morelocation on 4/5/17 to get a pedicure. the lady who usually does my pedicure was not there and the woman working asked me if i wanted to make an appointment for noon on 4/6/17 with "kim". i told her that would be perfect and i would be back the following day. i show up on 4/6/17 at noon and kim is not working again. i was frustrated but agreed to let the lady working, do my pedicure. i specifically told her i was hesitant because kim is the only person who can clip my ingrown toenails properly and she assured me that she would do a good job. i got my pedicure and left to run some errands. i arrived home later on that evening and sat down to admire my feet, except that i was horrified. she did the worst job i've ever seen and i honestly could have done a better job. i was very disappointed in the quality of the work and after much thought, i decided to return the next day to talk to a manager to see if i could get this resolved. i showed up back to this establishment on 4/7/17 and asked to speak to a manager. this younger lady (let's call her jill) asks me what the problem is and i explain to her that i'm not happy with the pedicure i got done yesterday and i'd like to make an appointment with Kim to have it re done. "Pam" (i honestly have no idea of her real name) comes over and starts saying how she did it perfect and what is my problem and then starts speaking foreign to Jill. her cheeks get all red and her voice gets louder. Jill tells me i can get it re done now with Pam. i say, are you kidding me? that lady isn't touching my feet after what she did to them the day before! They both start speaking in a foreign language, laughed at and mocked me! Jill then tells me she isn't really the manager and she was just translating for "Pam"! They never told me who the real manager was and refused to tell me! i ask for my money back and Pam replies, "no way am i giving you back anything. i do what you ask for and if you want an appointment with Kim, you need to pay full price again" I left there without a refund or a new appointment and was completely disgusted at the customer service i received or shall i say lack of.
