What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. I explained that only a few minutes had passed since placing the order and that no actual service had been performed. Despite this, they still processed the charge. Charging customers a substantial cancellation fee within minutes of booking, especially when no tow truck was dispatched, and no services were rendered, feels extremely unfair and misleading. I'll get you in and out within your time frame". I pulled up, parked the car, got out and BOOM, there Alex was literally waiting for me to take the car into the shop!
