However, when I went back about three weeks after getting my new glassed to request another frame (I sat on the current ones), I was told a new frame would be ordered. Well, it's been well over a month and I've heard nothing. I called three times, got put on hold for over 9 minutes on one of the calls, no answer the other two. I sent an email through their website asking for someone to call me a week ago and still no response. If you're looking for a great doctor, you can't go wrong. I suppose that's worth another star, though he said that the items were there from 140 sellers and some of them take shifts to watch the store. So don't know if it's policy to stay open if there's a late shopper. Since there are so many sellers represented, the stock was quite varied with a range of prices. Some items were things I had been looking for, like a cooking turner with an angled handle for flipping food in deep pans, a ceramic pate dish, and a tabletop salt dish. There were lots of salt dishes for $5 each. It was worth it for me, not having to search thrift shops for one anymore. It was worth the stop and would definitely go back.
