So, I make the appointment to get my exam and glasses and upon arrival the first person I encounter is Chris - the owner. From the minute I met him I knew I was in good hands. He was very friendly and treated me respectfully and it was obvious he appreciated my business. He was not being governed by some franchise pressures to meet sales quotas and up sell. Chris was genuinely interested in me, as a person. So much so that there would have been a small balance over and above what my insurance would allow and Chris just said "forget it" and only charged me the insurance reimbursement amount. How many places would have turned down the opportunity to make addition money - regardless of how small that amount might have been? In short, Chris is a star. His pricing is very competitive.
