Went in for a few items and left with more than what I went in for. Staff is extremely friendly. As more people came in I realized how close they are with their customers and they know them by name. That is very rare and I think that is very important and welcoming. The bread was fresh and they had a lot to choose from. They have a section for milk eggs cheese etc which is great when you just need a few things and want to be in and out. Tons of options for dinner and canned goods. I have been a steady customer of Aiello's for 4 years I buy all my meat and cold cuts there. I am there at least twice a week. This morning I went to by Cold Cuts I gave the clerk my order. I never saw him there before. I waited and asked for a sausage bread and four rolls as well as cookies and cake. When I got home 2 of the cold cuts were not in the bag. I returned told the clerk what had happened he looked for the packages they were not there he told me I had to come back with the receipt. He told me how do we know you paid for them. I said I have people waiting to eat. He implied that I took the items and was trying to get something without paying. How dare he imply that. I said I had my grandkids waiting for lunch. Again he said he didn't see the packages so I probably got them. With that accusation I became infuriated lost my temper used inappropriate language and left. I went back with the bag and receipt another worker was saying that I was inappropriate. That I should never have said what I said. I told him that he implied that I was trying to get something for nothing. Making me more angry hw and another worker went over the bag, showed me the paper he wrote the order on. He admitted that he cut them and put them in the bag. Again implying that I was trying to get away without paying for them. I was treated like a thief two clerks were going over the back with the comparing the bag with what I returned with. Again he said they were cut and I said then where are they, the other clerk told me maybe someone else got them. The way the employes ganged up on me was atrocious, yes I was angry and my language was in appropriate but I was being treated like a criminal. The place is under new management or a new chef whatever but the friendly staff that had been there are gone, and I am gone I will never spend another penny in this store. I live in a senior community and have referred many of my neighbors who have become customers. They will also stop shopping at Aiello's. What had been a friendly place where I was able to speak Italian and share stories has turned in a misery. read more

This place a bit far from my house but man it's really good. It takes experience to get the salt content down in fresh Mozzarella and this place has it down. The marinated mushrooms are not full of just garlic like most p!aces. Then prosciutto de Parma was fantastic as well the homemade sausage. Great place to!is come here and give them a shot! read more

I've been coming here for about a year and I must say the food is excellent. Whether it's the lasagna or meat for the BBQ it is always fresh and reasonably priced. The staff behind the counter are always polite and package things nice. Try the homemade marinara and the marinated steaks. Much better than anything you can get at the supermarket. read more
