The lady was on the phone when I came in talking to someone that seemed like a matter that needed to be taken to an office. I did not need to hear all that business. I walked around and noted that dog food was not very many and I had never heard of some of the brands there. I was not super excited about the inventory in the dog and cat section. I can not speak on the horse area as I am not on a ranch. They do have shavings and bedding as well as crickets. I ended up going to another store to find the dog food that I needed for my pet. I also was greeted by an employee who was willing to help and answer all my questions. I will not be going back here.

I…read moremark the clearance I only put 1 sticker on I don't know who marked this and why they put multiple but I did not mark this so not clearance. Well I don't have their clearance sticker gun. They will have signs up that say additional % off of and then they will will say not off this. Well your sign says including this. I don't know why. Tractor Supplies customer service is the worst. I wish we had a Murdocks around here so I did not have to shop at Tractor Supply

I have noticed that their selection of specials has not been stocked as in the past. I have been disappointed my last several visits and yes the cashier on my last purchase was just a bit off-putting. They usually remind you about your Loyalty Points. I'm a bit of a collector but not anything that peaks my interest lately. Chain stores are all the same; when they first open they're especially polite and have plenty of promotions but after a while everyone kinda gets hum drum like they cant wait to just get through the day. It could be as simple as a manager change that changes the whole vibe. Oh,well.

I entered the tractor supply store located on Bobby Jones Expressway in Augusta looking at…read moreCarrhartt clothes and asked an employee where the fitting room was and he directed me to the fitting room and proceeded to try on a pair of pants and walked back to the fitting room to see if I dropped anything and upon placing them back on the rack the cashier asked me was I stealing ? I said excuse and she repeated it again so I asked her what her name was she said Racheal and shook my hand so I asked her for the manager she said she was the manager. I asked her was that company policy to ask a person if they are stealing she said well you went into the fitting room and you are not buying anything so I asked for corporate information she called a team leader and told the team leader she asked me was I stealing the team leader stated that you don't ask a person that under no circumstances. The team leader then called the asst. mgr.and I explained to Darryl what had occurred he apologized and the team leader apologized but Racheal the accuser had not apologized as of yet. I was given the District Mgr # and I called and explained the situation to him and I have not received a call back as of yet concerning this situation. I find it disrespectful by stereotyping any individual and I feel this needs to be handled

Clean quiet store…read more The cashier is very nice, polite, and helpful. They have a selection of pet food. Their prices are on par with other stores. They have a good selection of heavy duty work clothes. They even value Veterans. There are parking places up front next to handicapped parking. Check them out and see the value.

Our vet recommended this dog food not only for the value, but for the nutrition it provides and TSC is about the only place that carries it. TSC also carries all sorts of stuff from garden supplies, farming feeds, farming equipment, automobile accessories, pet toys, and clothing to name a few. I particularly like this TSC since I pass by it when I come home from GA; making it a convenient stop for me.
