This place is fantastic! He knows it's challenging, but he likes the challenge and enjoys when he ultimately succeeds. We go twice a week, and there is a fixed schedule for the month so you know what days of the week a class is offered for your child's level. And I want to make clear that the head instructor and owner, Master Yoon, is at every.single.class. He is the teacher. His sons help, and some of the older students also work as helpers. But Master Yoon is there every single day, every single class. He knows every child by name. He knows what they are capable of, and knows how to push them just a little bit farther each time. He is very serious, but also always laughs and jokes around with the kids. So they like him, but they know when he has put on his serious face and it's time to stop clowning around. And this is not a belt-mill. If you are not ready to test, you don't get to test. And even when you get to test for the next belt level, I have seen him fail kids that didn't perform well enough during testing. So there's no guarantee that you can just pay your way to black belt. Do I have any complaints? As you move up in belts, there are less options for class times. For "No belt to orange", a class is offered 5 days a week. For "Green to blue", it's just 3 times a week. So it gets a little harder to manage the schedule as your child advances. And Master Yoon speaks quickly, so a year in I still have trouble understanding him sometimes, and I think the kids do too, especially at first. I would highly recommend this place. And the way it works, you get a cheaper 6-week trial so you can see if it's a good fit for your kid.

Very nice staff, clean building, definitely would recommend this business to my friends and family.read more

As you can imagine juggling schedules is a hard task and they aren't couch potatoes- they do other sports. When I gave my notice I was very disappointed in the response from the management. While I can imagine its upsetting to sign up new kids and lose them, the level of conversation we had was unreal. He basically wanted me to force them to come "I'm the parent". Quite honestly I'm not going to pay for a service that my boys don't want to do and kids are way too over scheduled these days. I was very honest about that. His response to me was that "You knew they were doing these other activities when you signed them up" and "had he known I would just quit like this he never would have accepted me into the program." Im of the mindset that kids should finish what they started but I certainly wasn't going to bring my kids there to finish out the month even though we had to pay for it. Had to give thirty days notice - So we are stuck paying for a service for the following month we won't use - which we agreed to but it would have been nice if they only charged for one child instead of two. Especially since they are getting paid and not giving a service at all. Very disappointed.

Folks.... I've been with this gym for years... I had a complaint about the people who work in the…read moreClifton location, which is still unresolved. Parsippany is my main location that collects my payment. But as of recent I think it's time to move on from this gym facility. Bad enough the sauna is always not working, the rest rooms are always nasty. They don't carry towels for purchase. They run out of preworkout. The females that are upstairs watching the children aren't on the friendly side. But even after all of this I still pay my membership fee, purchase water, preworkout and at times try to purchase towels because I'm always on the go for work. But today took the cake.... The female is the kids room called and said my child wanted to leave. This call came 10 minutes before she was about to close. So I decided to to take my child with me I was finishing my workout ( which I have to complete my workout because I'm a Diabetic and my life depends on my schedule) I sat my child out of the way, right in front of me. I was working out and the employee walks over and tell me I have to leave because I have my child with me. I looked that them and tried to tell them I will just let me finish my last 2 sets. She then insisted on me leaving, in which I said "ok" very angered because every situation is different. But for them to always be pushy about th time for the kids to leave and giving us a. 2 hour time limit for you to take your child and leave. This isn't professional or considerate because pushing people to hurry their workout up or else they have to go. Especially since according to the human body for a diabetic it takes at least 35/45 minutes during/after cardio for there sugar levels to stabilize/drop to normal which would possibly leave me a hour left to workout which isn't enough time. As I have paid for other day gym passes and have had my child with me, they extended the opportunity to me just as long as I took responsibility for her and she stayed out of the way especially since my disability seems I need to workout extensively ( which is stretching, loosening up my shoulder joints and left foot since I've had serious surgery on those parts of my body) Folks I say all this to say unless this place becomes more kid friendly ( kids room open longer for parents) or make sure inventory is full at all times. I will be taking my money elsewhere and you should too! It isn't disability friendly or really kid friendly.

They offer a variety of fun classes like Zumba, yoga, and HIIT, which is a nice perk. It can get crowded during after-work hours, but that's expected. One suggestion--add a picture of Arnold in the free weight section for some extra motivation and to liven up the muted decor--haha! Overall, a great value for what you get.
