I made an appointment in June 2024 to have tints done on my car on a Saturday. Saturday morning, Ariel texts me to let me know he was in a car accident with his coworker and won't be at his shop that day. He said we can reschedule during the week and I said Monday is good. I said confirm with me Monday that I can still bring it by, if that day doesn't work we can pick another day. I never heard from him again. Im confused...do you want business or just sometimes work when you want to? Reply to the owner saying Im a low life for reviewing his business a year later: Yes its called I have a life and responsibilities. DISHONEST Owner and Crews!!! This guy scratch my side mirror and just put a black ppf to cover the scratches ( i requested full car xpel ppf but one of the mirror was different that suspicious) If you made a mistake at least you fix it right? It just scratches, they never want to tell me and just hoping me never find that out. The result of the ppf and window tints are extremely poor, a few ROCK CHIP inside the ppf, PLENTY (literally)of air bubbles, definitely not seamless, they hand cut the film and lack of cutting skill, they dont have the pre-cut machine like the others shop. Although xpel offer 10 years warranty, and they said they will fix the bubbles after 2~4weeks, I don't want my car touch by this entire crews! Will not come back anymore! And beware he may use your car in his detailing class for training purpose which damaging your car! read more

Ariel is an amazing Detailer. He wrapped a matte Mercedes, painted the Calipers, and suggested just the right tint for me. He finished it with a ceramic coating that has held up well after 14 months. I wouldn't bring my bicycle here to get detailed! These people suck! Take $300 and ruined and stained my car. Brought it back for them to fix and looks like nothing was done. I have a good mind to take them to small claims court. They're all talk no action. Sending a complaint to the better business bureau as well as this review to warn others. This guy is a scammer, AVOID "Aim Detailing "at all costs, that decision will save you headaches, money and damage to your car. This is a dangerous individual, ALL car enthusiasts out there should be aware of this guy and his cheating practices. I ve had the opportunity to read about 12 negative Google reviews on this guy ( unfortunately for me, too late) and I can assure that the details provided on those reviews are 100% in line with what my experience was.  Stay away from this guy, he has no knowledge on cars whatsoever although he pretends he does. I took the car on July 5th 2021 to install two sets of OEM carbon fiber parts, namely side fenders and rear winglets.This guy advised to pick up the car at the end of business day ( 6pm) as he wanted to take his time and not rush the installation. I actually offered him installation videos of pro installers (like IND) explaining the proper installation process step by step in case these could help, as well as the manufacturer installation instructions. He got offended, which I found weird in the very beginning, and he denied any guidance stating " I don't need that, I am a professional bro!" . Now I completely understand that reaction. The guy texts me an hour and a half later, saying that the car is ready and that he "had to leave in 30 min and close the shop". Needless to say, that was NOT what we agreed on, plus he also knew that I came from 20 miles away and had to plan my day. The final result of his "Job"? He scratched the paint on my brand new car all around the side fenders , plus the driver side fender is sticking out ( when this is a part that clicks only in one possible position into the body of the car). Also, he installed the other part, a set of rear winglets, without using the OEM rivets provided with the set, which need to be used to secure the winglets, (as per the actual manufacturer instructions ). Instead, he decided to use, without telling me in advance whatsoever, only 1 regular steel screw on each rear winglet !. One of the screws is not all the way in and as a result the right hand side winglet is clearly loose. The screws on each side are not even placed in the same alternate whole, so the winglet on each side sits differently. Took the car back to the shop as I complained about the damages and improper installation. He claimed that he couldn't help me and that he is not responsible for any damages. I asked for my money back, no response. Then he claimed " we can remove the side fenders and polish all the scratches" if you want . When I tried to make an appointment to actually fix those as he initially offered, he refused to take the car. At this point he is just making excuses and making it look like he is busy ,when in reality it is me as a customer who is suffering all possible inconveniences. He has no intention to fix the damages nor to give me my money back. I recently took the car to a reputable shop in Long Island, they inspected the job performed independently and they explained to me how the stock side fenders were removed improperly causing the scratches all around the area and how one of them was displaced. The rear winglets were installed having no clue of what he was doing and ignoring any Bmw installation process, plus one of them is loose, which is dangerous over certain speeds. The owner of this other shop actually knows this "Aim Detailing guy" and told me about multiple cases like mine that he was aware of. Apparently this guy is well known in the detialing commuity of New York for his practices. At this point I need to find a way to correct the damage caused and reinstall the parts correctly, at an additional cost. This is a clueless and dangerous individual, all car enthusiasts out there should be aware of this guy, his practices and hypocrisy. Like I read in other pretty detailed reviews, " he will take your money and run". I will make sure to extend this review to ALL my social media channels and BMW blogs and fellow owners accordingly. I have brought all of my cars to AIM detailing and am always happy with the service provided. I have been using Ariel for 2+ years now and the work that I request is very specific, maybe even a little demanding. It is always completed with expert quality and superb customer service. More recently I brought my white MB and he assisted did a lot of chrome deletion. Basically blacked everything out and it looks awesome! I am very happy. I will continue to use AIM detailing. This opinion is based off of my personal experience with Ariel at Aim Detailing. Be careful where you go to get work done!! A couple months ago I brought my car in to be clear vinyl wrapped. I researched diligently and found someone who I thought was a great business man to work w because he had a large ig following and lots of pictures behind him. This man called me a day after receiving my car to tell me the job couldn't be complete because his employees called out sick. Upon approaching my car I found it filthy, covered in leaves and bird shit (mind you I thought this man had a shop, he works from his shop at home) and he promised it would at least be clean (on the invoice). Long story short the next morning I noticed bubbles and cracking in the vinyl. I also noticed he altered the invoice to his benefit where now he is the only one who can fix it. He told me to wait 4 weeks so it could cure. I did. In this time I decided I was not bringing it back to him, would you bring your car back to someone who didn't finish the job, messed up the parts that were done and handed you back a filthy car? ..I fought for months with the credit card company and sadly lost because my second opinion letter didn't have enough information. To say i was upset is an understatement. I lost $725 but I was going to let it go. Then I received this text message from Ariel this morning. " I'm glad things got resolved the right way, and you wasted a lot of your time and got nothing ".. How unprofessional I am a prek teacher, I was overpaying to protect an investment I worked really hard for. It saddens me that people act this way. Do research friends and stick up for what you believe in. #trulydisappointed **PLEASE NOTE I NEVER became aggressive w this man. People are telling me he said I cursed him out... NEVER!! If u know me, you KNOW I am not that type. I have saved all fb, texts and email from this man. If you question anything I say plz private msg me. I also have pics of the horrendous work as well if anyone would like to see. This man could have at least offered a partial refund. I have received messages saying he asked for help on car forums because he was struggling w the install.. Again, do research before you leave your prized possessions w the wrong persons. read more

Ariel aka Aim Detailing is the only place to go if you want anything done to your car. So I just bought a Mercedes and I wanted a special coating done to it with a paint correction with a ceramic pro package. I also wanted tints done as well. So I went over to his place and we discussed what we thought was needed. Now he told me his honest opinion and showed me pictures and explained why and what was needed. I have never felt more comfortable in my life. I would never go to a car wash again after meeting with Ariel. The difference between a car wash and Aim detailing is the attention to detail and care. Ariel and his team are dedicated and respectful to there clients. As I was there, many cars were pulling up for appointments. As you can see on his social media accounts how much love he puts in to his clients cars/ trucks. I was tired of going to car washes and still having water marks and having swirls left over. Even at the Mercedes dealership they did a crappy job detailing a car. Aim detailing is the place to go even if you wanted a snow foam car wash. I know my car is in good hands at Aim detailing. Aim did an amazing job wrapping the interior trim on my AMG. Ari was kind enough to squeeze me in last minute and finished the job extremely quickly. He even sent pictures to me during the process which was very exciting. The trim now looks like genuine gloss carbon fiber despite being a fraction of the cost. My only regret is not having this done sooner! I will definitely be returning to have additional peices wrapped.
