Didn't realize this AIM Mail Center spot was part of Amazon's package pickup network. I can't get Amazon packages sent home because I'm never home (work) in time to get my stuff before package thieves claim them, so I've been utilizing Amazon lockers lately, especially with the nearby Amazon Fresh store in FV closed now. My usual Amazon locker was full, and AIM Mail Center popped up as a Amazon Counter. Cool! Once I received my package-ready-for-pickup email from Amazon, I made my way over the following morning to get my package. The store opens at 8am sharp - and the guy was on-time. He was friendly, prompt, scanned my email barcode and started to sort through the pile of packages behind the counter. No lines. No wait. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. In addition to Amazon package pickup services, there's a few walls of PMB (private mailboxes) - which are sorta like PO Boxes, except they can prob accept Fedex/UPS packages for you in that the USPS can't. Assortment of greeting cards, display signs, mailing supplies, copy machine services - you can even get your keys cut here. Not sure about the prices, but I imagine the value is that you can avoid the crowd at the post office if you ship here. Plenty of parking upfront depending on time and day - it's in the busy Albertson's shopping center with like 7 Kei Concepts restaurants. read more

I used to come in here all the time to get my fingerprints for licenses that I need for my job and they're very very nice. I must've hit a bad day because this time the owner manager was very gruff and impatient. I felt really bad so I just finished up part of what I had to do and left that really nice young man that was in there isn't in there anymore read more

I have been coming to AIM Mail center for all my printing, shipping and notary for my business. Everyone working here is very helpful.

We made a USPS appointment at a location not far from here specifically because they accepted passport applications and they took passport photos. Unfortunately "the system was down" even though its just a camera nad printer. Luckily AIM saved the day, I called to confirm they could do it and we were there no longer than 10 minutes for passport photos for 2 kids. The pictures turned out great and its clear they are experienced getting babies and young children to look at the camera. The prints also came out nicely and you get 2 pictures, 1 as a "backup". I liked the kids games and toys that were being sold as well, it gave the kids something to look at while we were filling out forms and paying and I also appreciated the postcard gift! read more

The services, location, staff, and proximity to other businesses are incredibly convenient and make my life easier when running errands! I was referred here by a friend but I shouldn't have trusted him. Service is unbelievably slow, there is just one guy doing everything! The employee is not easy to understand and gets frustrated when you ask him to repeat the question. He is not friendly and condescending. Unfortunately, Manish the owner made a racist and rude comment to me and I will not be returning. I arrived to get my fingerprint scan. When I could not understand what Manish said, he replied in a condescending tone, "I spoke in your language. You just did not understand. Go back to Vietnam." So disappointed to hear that coming from an ethnic minority man himself. I do not feel comfortable going back here as I faced racism and Asian hate as a minority woman. I love this place! Recently, I discovered that this was close by in Fountain Valley in the Albertsons plaza to the side which is super convenient. They are an authorized USPS and UPS location meaning from what I understand they take UPS drop offs and USPS drop offs. I haven't had an issue here and always see the same man. He's very nice and always takes my package and greets all customers. I would recommend this location if you're nearby and need to do a drop off and do not want to go to a UPS store or USPS office! read more

This is by far my favorite post office, printing, faxing center. Hansa's customer service is exceptional and he goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Ther other young lady is also nice and provides exceptinal customer service. I've been coming here for years, especially since it is near my house. They are friendly, patient, attentive and just do an awesome job. You can also have your passport pictures taken here and if your passport is about to expire you can renewal it with them. I recommend you call though since the are certain guidelines in order for them to be able to do the renewal. They also have post cards and a lot of other items. The people that work here are simply great! Every time I come in, they always are so helpful. They tape up my boxes for me whereas when I went to the UPS store, they literally got mad at me and "warned" me to tape my boxes because they won't do it. Not everyone has mailing supplies. Anyhoo, AIM is great! They are reliable and just always provide me with good service. I moved to south Orange County and I still come all the way to FV to AIM because I love this store! I used this AIM Mail Center to pick up an order from Amazon. I shipped it to their "Amazon locker" because packages started getting stolen in front of my house. Overall service was stellar. Just go up to the front desk. Show your Amazon code. They input the code on their device to verify and pull out the package from storage. The Amazon locker is inside the store, not outside so it is more safe from thieves. Only issue is they close at 6pm so you have to pick up within business hours. Amazon also delivers very late on mondays so they may deliever when the business is closed on mondays and have to reship on Tuesday as packages pile up over the weekend. That's what happened to me. read more

Been going here since 2016 or so and wow.... such great service, great packaging and reasonable prices... I ship regularly to Europe and even when I pay the cheapest price to just ship it, IT NEVER GETS LOST. NEVER. IT ALWAYS COMES TO THE RECIPIENT. How awesome is that?!? The only time a package ever came back to me was because the one time my friend in Europe wasn't home to receive the package, the postman YOLO'd and sent it back to me... I guess he was feeling grumpy??? Manish is a hero!! I had a huge issue with a DHL package that didn't deliver to my home address resulting in me running to different mail centers in different cities with no success. After 2 weeks, the package finally went back to this mail center, but I still wasn't able to pick it up cause then there was an issue with the DHL label not scanning properly. Seems the DHL worker didn't utilize the correct final label. Manish put in extra work to flag down the DHL driver, make him wait to ensure the label worked, all so I could pick up my package within an hour. Thank you for your commitment, Manish!!! read more

This is my local postal store. I go here at least twice a week. They do practically everything here, I have used their notary, copies, fax services, purchased stamps, and just picked up priority postal boxes. They even buy back text books. I've never done that so you better check. They are prompt and courteous and know me by name. Oh, they have p.o. boxes too! My visits to AIM Mail Center are always quick and easy. I have pre-paid postage on all my packages so the only thing that I have do here is just drop off my items. USPS picks up their packages by 3PM. Free free to double check with the store to ensure your items don't miss the pickup. I sent a package to my friend and never arrived. The Indian lady collecting my package and asked me casually need tracking then I said Na it's fine and walking out fast because I was in the rush. Been over 2 weeks and my package from Cali to Arizona still not arrived yet. My guts feeling is the Indian lady never send the package because her eye contact and her reaction at the time that makes me feel this way. Just be careful about this place. Stay away!! read more
