I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! For unique challenges for foreign passport picture requirements, I strongly recommend you seek Martin at Saigon Photo Lab! I needed a photograph to renew a passport for another country. This EU country has an online component with some specifications on the size of the photograph to be used in order to upload to the system, but it does not accept US sized passport photographs. I went to multiple FedEx and UPS businesses to try to get the correct photograph. I called several other photo studios, but was not able to get a photograph that would satisfy the specific requirements I needed. Dominique suggested I try Saigon Photo Lab. We called and spoke to Martin. He assured me that he could resolve my challenge. We arrived at the shop 10 min later and were greeted by Martin upon coming into the shop even though he was involved in another conversation in the back area. He listened to my need and with some some Vietnamese clarification from Dominique, we were on our way to solving the photo issue. Martin told me that if the initial photo did not work, to come back and he would fix the photo so it would work. He did this at no additional charge and he took all the time he needed to make this work for me. We did have to go back to the shop because the photo was not accepted. Martin pulled up the specific country's passport website on his computer and went to work at resolving the photograph issue. Martin kept resizing the limits and values until they were accepted on the online passport application site. He really worked hard for more than 50 min. without being distracted by others in the business. I had him save the photo to a USB device. Thank you! I will be bringing the rest of my family here when they need to renew their passport photos in the future. read more

The best service hands down in Westminster. If you are looking for a place to have your picture developed stop by here prices are the best in town. Machine with SD card reader CF etc... At the front you can choose whichever picture you want to developed they can even Photoshop picture for you if you want a quick touch up. Don't get me started about the studio Photoshoot. My fiancée went to have our pre wedding photoshoot with Mr. Nghia he every patient with you carefully pre select cloth for you to try on before the shoot. Great lighting in the studio, plenty of background backdrop for the shoot, he got everything ready the night before so he won't miss a shot during your shoot. He uses the Nikon D700 great camera with very high end equipment to capture razor sharp picture quality is out this world. You will be very satisfy when he show you the finished goods. My dad just passed last month and Saigon Photo Lab did a marvelous job for my dad's portrait without any good photos of him to use at his funeral service. Martin and Christine are so friendly and professional. They make a great teamwork. They did a beautiful obituary poster of my dad's Martin did a wonderful video and pictures of my dad's funeral service. Christine also did an outstanding photo of my parents for their headstone. This place has excellent service, very detail, and owners really take pride in their work. I came here couple weeks ago during the most stressful and sad time of my life. Due to my dad sudden death, we had to rush getting all the little details set up for the funeral. After visiting several places that couldn't do what I requested, found Saigon Photo Lab by chance and they did not disappoint. We needed a 11x14 photo of Dad for the funeral service. The only decent picture I have of my dad is about a quarter size and came in their Studio hoping for the best. Not only did they rush the order for me, they also made many edits to perfect his photo after blowing it up hundred times the original. This was my first time at Saigon Photo Lab after looking for a place that would take a professional head shot of me for Facebook and for my latest head shot picture. Martin was very nice, patient and highly professional. Martin took many pictures of me as he showed me how to pose and smile just right. After he was satisfied that he took enough pictures of me that I would like and he liked he loaded them on his computer and decide which was the best one of me which I agreed. He then took his time retouching my photo getting rid of the bags under my eyes and making me look younger and nicer looking. I'm very happy how my picture turned out. Had a great experience at this photo studio. The owner Martin Hua was very helpful and is willing to work with you to make sure the customer is happy with the pictures. He will take as many pictures as you want during the photo session till you are happy with the results. He also has it connected to the laptop so as he takes each picture you can see it on the laptop right away. Overall I would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs to take a portrait for business, family portraits, etc. my portrait was for business and he made sure that I am happy with the picture. For friendly service and quality photos Saigon Photo Lab is the place to go. I needed passport photos and they were able to adjust the contrast so my white hair didn't blend in to the background. Earlier today I went to a pharmacy chain-store and the passport photos they took made me look bald because my white hair matched the background. In the future I'll be taking all my digital photos to Saigon Photo Lab for printing. In addition to weddings, they also will take photos at birthday parties, graduations, and special occasions. I arrived at the studio early evening after a long, hard day at work (i.e. I felt and looked a little beat-up). Initially I was a bit nervous about the results given how tired I felt and looked. Add on a few more stars! Martin did an excellent job. For my father's memorial, he took old photos from the 1940's and 1950's, enlarged, edited, and added sharp clarity to them, and created 8 1/2 x 11 framed photos. From a family photo, he cropped my father's image, created a 16x20 portrait, and then mounted it on canvas. These will be the centerpieces to my father's memorial, thanks to Martin's efforts. They now offer everything from custom invitations and PR boxes to full event support, and everything was executed flawlessly. What really stands out is the team. You can tell the owner truly cares about her employees, and it shows in the service. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things right. Vanna was my event coordinator, and she was on top of every single detail from start to finish. Her energy never dropped, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is completely in her element when it comes to the creative side. That's my kind of person!
