Given a 1 star but actually it is a zero. Terrible customer service. They act as if they are doing you a favor for being there. Came in to send a package via UPS which I needed a tracking # for and was dismissively directed to the tape dispenser and told to "drop it there" while the worker barely looked up from his computer. When I tried to make an inquiry about just dropping the package (which was a laptop computer) he haughtily replied, " that is how it is done." Needless to say, I took my package and went to a UPS store where they scanned the package and gave me a receipt with a tracking #. So it seems like that is how it is done. read more

I've been going to this store for decades. I'm glad they moved down the street since parking and getting into and out of the strip mall is easier. I'm always warmly greeted whether I'd been in the prior week or not for months. They provide so many services. I can get quotes for USPS, UPS, and FedEx and choose the best one for my package. And sometimes it's not about the cost. My daughter swears that usps loses packages that go to her apartment complex in Atlanta. I dunno, but it's nice to compare FedEx and UPS. Which reminds me....I need to put a package together - and yes, they have boxes and envelopes! read more

I am here often for work, and have gone many, many, many times over the last few years, as we do not have a printer but need to print out a good deal of material from time to time. I don't have a mailbox rental so this will not include any thoughts on that. Their recent move was good for me because it's even closer now. And being next to an ice cream shop instead of a vitamin infusion place is just a nice bonus! The staff is always friendly and accommodating - shout out to Kinese for being a rock star! -- and I know my stuff will always be printed out correctly and quickly. You can also buy cards, stickers, mailers and stamps (just be aware you pay a premium on the stamps) when you're there, which can be handy, as well as get passport pictures or taken documents notarized on the spot. And if you're lucky enough to be there when Scarlet, the perennial (canine) employee of the month is there, be sure to give her a treat! read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience at AIM Mail Center. About half of the packages I dropped off here never got scanned in by USPS, which created a huge headache for me. I rely on tracking for my customers, and not having scans puts my business at risk. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The man behind the counter is consistently rude. When I called to simply ask about the missing packages and what might have happened, he cut me off and told me he was "busy with customers." I was a customer and a concerned one. I won't be dropping off packages here anymore. If you need reliable scans and respectful service, I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

Came here to get my live scan fingerprinting done. Appointment only, but I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Space was a bit cramped, but that is not a real issue. I just don't have anything critical to say. Getting fingerprinting done was fairly quick and efficient. I had a simple print job with simple instructions. They were fast and was able to print them in less than 24 hours. I only had 10 docs to print with details on how many of each. I asked for manila folders to separate the files, which I understand why they couldn't accommodate. However, they couldn't separate each set of copies with anything. Overall, good service. read more

Whenever I've sent packages to a destination, it always gets there quicker than their estimated time. Yesterday, August 30, I sent a blu-ray to a friend in Dublin through USPS for his birthday at 3:35 pm. My friend received it 10:59 this morning. Outstanding! I needed a digital file of a baby photo for a Canadian citizenship application, it had stringent requirements for upload (size, pixels, height and width, etc.) and the gentleman there was able to provide exactly what I needed very quickly and efficiently and was professional and helpful. I could not imagine getting half the quality of service at any US passport service provider location, and it was very affordable (about $24). They did great with the infant picture too - the baby was 2.5 months and the photo turned out perfect. read more

I don't see how this place gets good reviews. I took some Amazon returns with QR code. The guy behind the counter told me I can only do this in the specific Ups store that I picked during the return process. That's not true by the way. He's just too lazy to get out the scanner. I dropped a package and usually I get a receipt. The guy behind the counter didn't offer one. Instead he was loudly complaining with his co worker about his ex wife. Unless you are just doing something simple, I would not recommend this place. read more

The employees here are wonderful. They graciously take every return package I have ever brought in, even though they likely don't make a penny off of it. I need patterns printed all the time, as I sew garments - they are always printed quickly, for a very reasonable price. Fast service by phone, email and in person. read more

Sad place with horrible service. Are we talking about the same place? Drove 20 min here to get my passport photo taken, Yelp gave great reviews so I wanted to try. Staff appeared to be of no interest in doing this job to say the least. The person took the photo used one of those super duper old cheap canon digital camera and he couldn't even hold the camera properly and had to re-take a few times. Photos were horrific and blurry (yeah what do you expect from those old digital camera?) he refused to re-take when I asked so let it be, and basically anything I asked he refused. Service quality? Zero. Asked for digital copy and he says $13 before tax. This is just stupid. Threw away the photos and went to another place to take better ones with professional cameras. Don't waste your time or money coming here to mail stuff or take photos. read more

First and foremost, they have a dog. She's so sweet and cute. She's always employee of the month. That alone makes this place a winner. But seriously, I've used this place a lot. I first started coming here for business purposes when the pandemic started and we had to work from home. Since then, I've been using their printing services for some of my wedding planning and other things since we don't own a printer. I drop my shipping returns off there ALL the time. I've also purchased shipping packaging there. One thing to note, shipping costs are a bit higher than USPS, so I still go to the post office for that. My understanding is that they have to pay a higher rate for pickup, so it's USPS that forces them to charge more, basically. Otherwise this place is great, the people are friendly, helpful and chill. Spent an hour at Kinkos; terrible service, didn't get any so left; then Office Depot, too expensive. Googled print services and found Paul at AIM - a small but capable print shop near Safeway off Union. He did a Christmas letter, both sides, had good paper, was professional and accommodating and undoubtedly cheaper than what the other printers would have charged or what I could have done at home. Will probably never go anywhere else for printing needs, since he looks like he can do large jobs as well. read more
