This place is AWFUL. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else! The owner at this PostalAnnex is rude to customers and lost 3 packages so far. I have a mailbox here and the employees they have at this location are completely incompetent! How can you lose 3 different packages? One lady behind the counter said she hates working there because the owner loses all the packages. Also, the mailboxes here are expensive and DEFINETELY NOT WORTH IT. I've never had anyone lose so much mail. Total incompetence across the board. I will never return here ever again. Just go anywhere but here...This place should be closed down. read more

Update: hours are back to normal. I love the owner and his wife here. Such sweet great people. Place is strict on keeping it clean daily, following strict COVID protocol for the safety of the staff and customers which is wonderful. Masks required - over the nose - not chin diapers people!! Sheesh! Any who, I sell a lot of things online so I'm constantly shipping my customer items out. I come in to drop off my packages here and they always get picked up by the mail carriers either mid or end of day. I feel as though my packages have been shipped out easier dropping them off here VS when I've dropped stuff off at the post office directly - it goes MIA Unscanned or shipped for days on end then magically appears delivered to my customer. Sucks and can get stressful. I do understand we are undergoing a pandemic which is totally understandable - but overall from my experiences testing the waters with dropping off mail at the post office directly VS dropping it off here - I've seen a quicker tracking turn around and ship out by just dropping it off here. Unsure why, but it's what I'm sticking to now since it's consistent. Unfortunately I've seen too many rude "Karen's" come in Being rude from the start - but the owner is very experienced patient and sweet. I never understand how anyone can be so rude to someone that is so helpful and dedicated to taking care of people the best way he can. Overall - can't say enough positive things about this place. I'll be a mailbox customer for a long time. You always need an old lady tending your mail, it's the classic look. They have about four different employees, always pick up their phones and they remember me! They are so helpful, professional, and eager to greet. By far this postal annex exceeds customer service satisfaction. They always give 110%. Every time I walk through the doors my experience has been nothing but the best. They always go over and above to make your experience a pleasant one. While visiting last week, a customer called just as he was closing up for the day, and I overheard him telling the customer that he would keep his doors open until they arrived. I jumped in to say how nice it was of him, and then proceeded to ask how far out they were. He mentioned another 15 minutes or so. I was so impressed with his kindness and thoughtfulness that I wanted to share! I came in here to get a PO mail box but Paul and his associate explained to me that this is a private mailbox so I can get packages delivered :) Which is a big help because I move every so often and my land lord doesn't wan me to get mail at my address. I have been with Paul and this postal annex for like 2 weeks and I already feel great about my decision to get the private box. The box was pricey ($200 a year)when i first thought but its worth it with the customer service and text/mail alerts when I get mail. Do you need to pack something and have it delivered quickly? This is the place to go. They are very efficient and do a nice job with wrapping peanuts and boxing. You may pay a little extra, but I'm confident that everything is taking care of - safe delivery and right on time. I went here before new owner took over. The regular blk/wht printing was reasonably priced (.15 cents per print), but now, they just increased 5x the previous cost (.55 cents per print). It's an outrageous increase. Costco charge .13 cents and Target charge .30 cents for printing color and on color photo paper! I used to love going here because it's conveniently close to home, but now I absolutely hate it. read more

Above and beyond! I have used this store several times in the last 1 1/2 years to send packages out. They always make sure the package is secure and have added extra tape as a precaution when they thought I had not used enough. Recently used them for business cards. The cards color is perfect. I can't speak highly enough about the staff here. I needed to ship a large wooden sign, and the staff modified the size of the box... which reduced my shipping fees by $40!! They also helped to bubble wrap my sign and taped the box up so my package was very secure. I will DEFINITELY be returning here for all my shipping needs! read more

I have been a patron of this PostalAnnex+ shop for a long, long time. Lately, their service is not up to expectations. I delivered a Fedex envelope (Standard Overnight) to them in the morning and was expecting that it be delivered the next day. They "missed" picking it up that day (he did not even apologize for it... how can you miss something like that?) and it was picked up from their shop the next "evening".
