I went in for a couple docs I needed notarized. $15 a doc seems a bit pricey but it was convenient and the service was friendly.

I went in to pick up a business related letter that sometimes gets sent to the anytime mailbox at Postnet. I only get mail there once in a very long while. That will turn into NEVER AGAIN after today. I went in to get the piece of mail. Asked the owner if I could pick it up as I had an email saying it was ready for pickup after I made the request for it. He immediately started giving me a hard time. He gave me a very misogynistic attitude. He wasn't in the mood to help me is what it seemed like. He asked me what my box number was. I said I'm not sure and here's my email. He was so rude and didn't want to help me out. Another customer walked in with a package and he leaves me to go help her. so I say "excuse me". I think that really got him p.o'd because now, he really wasn't going to help me. He said "I'm very busy I have a lot to do!". I said "Yes, so am I!". He was so frustrating and rude. He condescendingly said "are you ok?" because I was getting so frustrated with him. I said no I'm not ok because -he was being so rude to me. A couple more attempts to get him to help me were unsuccessful. So then I left and came back with my husband. He was polite to my husband, again, very much a misogynistic attitude. He somehow figured out suddenly how to find my letter by looking my name up on his computer, something he COULD HAVE done for me but simply didn't want to. My husband then mentioned that I had told him that we had argued. He said something like yeah I don't know why. I said "you were very rude to me". He says sarcastically "yes, I'm a very rude man". Well actually, yes, you are. You're not lying. What a disgusting way to treat a customer. Its time some of these men learned to stop treating women with such disrespect and contempt. It's abhorrent. I literally did nothing to provoke such behavior. I was shocked and yes, by the time I left I was very angry. I don't take abuse lying down. I will file a formal complaint with Postnet if they even care. I suspect they don't because this man has a lot of unhappy ex-customers reviews and he's getting away with it. He was never a gem when I went in other times to pick up my mail, but this time, he really went down to the swamp. replying to his respone: I DID request a pickup. I got an email that said it was ready so I came to pick it up. I didn't know my box number which you found to be the worst thing ever. Photo miscommunication between employees, yes, that can happen with anyone, but that was not my issue. My issue was the way you spoke when we came to take the passport-size photos. The fact is that many people in their yelp reviews below confirm that you lack basic customer service, and they find your behavior rude. As for the OCI form, below is the link to the instructions that clearly state that kids above five years need to sign, which we were following. Had you not been multitasking/distracted (talking to your supplier while doing our paperwork), you would have followed the instructions. I've been going to this place for years, even before they moved locations. its hit or miss - the people who work here aren't always friendly or inviting. Sometimes they'll give you a "look" or make a comment that isn't quite fitting. If it was once or twice, I'd just brush it off, but it seems like its something every time I'm there. Sometimes they'll give you a carrier mailer, sometimes they won't with some random excuse. Its kinda of weird since the envelopes are supplied by the carrier for free anyhow. Ordered and paid for a notary stamp on 10-4, was told they could have it ready by 2pm same day. Told them, no rush, I'd pick it up on 10-5 around 10am. I arrived on time only to be told, they never got around to printing my stamp and it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes! Really pathetic customer service! They couldn't care less! Because of this I missed my notary appointment and lost a client. The shop is extremely messy with clutter and boxes everywhere. Shop here only if you're looking for major disappointment! read more

I have been going here for my business cards and printing on and off for a year now and it's really easy going in this store. Much better to me than going to a post office or a UPS store because the line is much shorter. For copies they don't have self service still they're pretty quick to get my work done. He also noticed that a copy of my driver's license needed to be included which the Title company didn't point out. I felt relieved that he caught these items before I shipped them out of state. This place is ridiculous!!! I went there to take my visa photo for my international trip. First I walked in with no one saying hi! Then I waited for almost 20 mins because they were having some tech issues with the card reader. What was the worst was they have no idea how to take visa photo!!!! Look!! I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. After today's experience I will never go back. There are lots of other places in the area that offer the same service. I walked in today to get my sons passport pictures taken. There were two people at the counter. I told them I need passport pictures taken. The guy then asked if it's for the baby. I said yes. He then said we don't do babies. Just as he said no the owner Amha interrupted and said he will do it for $25. Listed price for passport pictures is $10. I told him I got my other child pictures taken and paid $10. She too was 6 months old at the time.He told me he doesn't set the price the franchise dose. One day while picking up my cousins from Leland High School I noticed this print shop and decided to drop in. For the longest time I had considered getting a mailbox at my local post office since my sisters and I love online shopping (mostly textbooks when I was an undergrad) and we got our packages mixed up, a rare occurrence yet a crucial one. To make matters complicated my real name is Anh and my sister's name is Ann so you can imagine what can happen when we're really tired. Amha not only provides a safe and secure location for items shipped to the store, but can accept any carrier and any package size. Just be sure to pick up large orders right away, I bought a butt ton of computer supplies one day that blocked one of the entrances to the shop and didn't pick it up for about a week... Other than being extremely patient Amha is extremely good at customer service. He covers all the bases and even holds the package in his hands and examines the weight and balance of the box to make sure they're properly packaged. While I am pretty good at packaging and buying packing bubble wrap for a $2 you can have it packaged at the store. Sounds expensive, but packing and taping stuff can get pretty tedious after awhile. He's attentive, knowledgeable, and makes accurate and helpful suggestions. This postnet is the closest shop next to me that does full color large format printing. You don't have to go to Fedex Kinkos or Office Max or Office Depot unless they're closer. However I can hop in, drive five minutes and be at a full service print shop. The photo books and calendars he prints are great in quality with a wide range of papers and some binding options. I have been a loyal customer of his for 5 1/2 years and hope for much longer. As a kid growing up in the area I was a little worried about that lot since I have seen so many shops open and close their doors there. Amha finally brought stability to the lot and breaking the curse of closed stores by providing one of the easiest UPS, Fedex, and mail drop off locations in my neighborhood. Dropped off an Amazon return and the individual at the counter would not provide a receipt that I dropped off the package. When I requested a receipt for the package he said we do not do that. Then he proceeded to push the package back to me. This place does not want to deal with Amazon returns apparently. Plenty of other business that would appreciate the business. read more

I was dropping off a small FedEx package with preprinted label in hand. The tape on the lid of shoe box size package was coming undone. The old guy (Amha?) behind the counter was more preoccupied with his smart phone then greeting me (the only customer). I asked for a small piece of tape to secure the top. He reply's I can buy a roll for $6 or he can tape it for me $3 and will include the FedEx packing slip clear sleeve for free. I asked him for a 12" piece of tape and his response was I'm not in the business of free service. In addition, he wont give a receipt. This is supposed to be an authorized FedEx drop off?? It disappoints me to know that my neighborhood PostNet is so cheap and rude! I ended up dropping off at the FedEx store on Blossom Hill and Santa Teresa just for piece of mind. ZERO STARS!!!! I have been to this place many, many times as it is the closest mailing place to my home & I'd rather not deal with the lines at the post office. Each & every time I go there, the owner/store manager is always extremely rude, short, and unfriendly. He feels the need to sift through all of my "stuff" before sealing up the FedEx envelope, even after I've told him they are just documents.
