AIM Mail Center - Shipping Centers Near Me - Modesto, California

This is the best mail center I have been in (including USPS, UPS Stores, and FedEx stores. As with most of America, I am always mailing things off. Today as we were running errands in Modesto (we live in Manteca) we found a nearby mail center to send off a birthday present and drop off a USPS prepaid package. Luckily it was the one off of Dale Rd near the Vintage Faire Mall. The two people in the store (Joe and Josie) were so friendly and efficient! They noticed I hadn't put my return address on my prepaid package and asked if I wanted a receipt ..which I definitely needed and would have forgotten if they hadn't reminded me. Josie also entered my address into their system and very politely explained by doing that I would get a computer generated return address and be ready for my next visit..which I will definitely do since the service was so great! read more

Family owned and eventhough I can only imagine how mad I'd be if any of those negative stories happened to me. I have nothing but great experiences here, great family and they've helped me out multiple times with different items ranging from passport pictures to UPS deliveries. I had them send out a package three day delivery the package did not leave the place until three days later sent back to me six days later because the girl put the wrong address then i had to pay again because she said writing three is same as number 3 i will never go back these guys are quick to not fix their errors. read more

I found this place thru Yelp. Joe has been very nice and professional. I'm in the midst of transferring my mail from my previous mailbox place. I've noticed Joe is usually at the business and knows most of the customers. He's Efficient. The great thing about this place is, you can get your mail when you need to. Went here to send a fax right after they opened in the morning. There was a gentleman working behind the counter (I'm assuming the manager or owner because he asked me how I found his business). He was super nice and friendly! We conversed for a bit asking me about work, graduation, and plans after I get my degree. I could tell he truly cared about his customers. I've had my box here for 5 years now, and totally worth every penny spent! I looked for a place that could work with my schedule and this was the best. With all the mail theft going on these days it's wonderful to have a safe and secure place to go! It's nice to have a one stop shop for all those random things you need, shipping, postage stamps, notary, fax, document shredding, color copies, etc. Plus the owners are amazing! Always friendly and able to help with whatever I need! The corporate stores will charge you 2 or 3 times more and have zero customer service. I think Joe and Joey (husband and wife) run the best mail center I've experienced yet. You can get anything done, and I mean anything (ex: they packed some art for a flight where it needed to be checked as baggage). They handle my incoming packages with great care too and email me each time something arrives. The two treat you like family and are super friendly and personable. Best in town I think. read more

Yes indeed, not only does Joseph S not offer a genuine apology for his innattentiveness to my complaint, but instead attempts to attack my "Credentials" and devalue my opinion., a true business person would never try to do anything but explain the situation in a proper manner. Very disappointed with this place. Although the owner is very nice, I was charged $23 to mail two newborn onesies to Maryland. The shipping was more expensive than the clothes itself! And for what, two newborn outfits that weighed one pound?! Beyond ridiculous!!! I will not be coming here again. I'd rather go to the USPS office. read more

I love this place! Joe and his wife Josie are the nicest people! They always have smiles on their faces and really seem to enjoy their work and helping their customers. I use them for anything I would do at the post office--mostly because I hate lines and waiting and they always help me at the same cost the post office would charge me anyway, plus I don't have to drive across town just to go to the post office. They're conveniently located near the mall and Costco next to O'Briens, so they're super convenient. I do my copying there when I have large amounts because it's cheaper than using my own ink and printer. As a bonus, the have their own notary service available all the time!
