Talk about a diamond in the rough. I was looking for a notary, and was referred to this place by another shipping store. I called and sure enough, Teryn, is a notary onsite. So, I went in with my papers and UPS sticker and she did it all for me. They even provide you with copies you notarize for free. She was super friendly! Other places charge for ridiculous things like a piece of tape to shut a box. They have everything in here. They're able to ship with all the major shippers. They also, make keys, computer rental, and even have ice cream. I wish my pictures were better, but I was trying to be inconspicuous. You should definitely check this place out! I absolutely LOVE Bear Postal! Especially the owner Jessica! She is amazing! Always so helpful and knowledgeable about all things shipping! She's also a notary and went out of her way to help me get a very important document notarized in time with extra copies of everything for my records. The store is adorable and they have so many awesome key option! I will definitely be going back soon to get my keys made! This store is fantastic and its great to support a local family business! Also it's great to have a one stop shop like this for everything you need be it PO Box or just simple shipping. What stands out the most is the fabulous customer service. I have been coming here for a few years now. The staff is great, super accommodating and polite. This location is literally 2 minutes from my place of employment which makes it convenient. There have been times I have had to bring in a pretty irritating job and they never complain. I also appreciate them very much. It has to work both ways. Thank you Bear Postal. Not my favorite shipping place to use as the workers (one in particular) seem annoyed if you'd like a receipt with your drop off. Good location with plenty of parking but the lack of pleasant service is off putting. Workers do not wear masks. Workers sigh and roll their eyes if you walk in and they're doing something else. Business is inconvenient for them. read more

It is Monday 4/3/23, 2nd time this week I have been here at opening and nobody is here to open the store. I bet the owner would like to know that I watched 4 people come and leave in the now 23 minutes since the store was supposed to open (9AM) Saturday I was here at 10am as well (opening time) and left after 10:15 when nobody showed up. Consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Had to make an "emergency" Christmas mailing. The clerk spent at least an hour shifting ten gifts into boxes to minimize expense for late date overnight. Because of her I saved well over a hundred dollars it IS more expensive to use priority mail, but they have to stay in business!! I just appreciate the effort to make certain my returns are well packaged and handled. No problems have ever occurred. Always my first choice ! read more

Extremely helpful, and gave me extra boxes to try and fit my gifts for a friend in Florida. I went in twice with out actually sending a package and both young women working were so extremely nice and helpful. I finally sent my package to Florida and they helped me tape up the box and waited patiently for me to find the address because I came unprepared. read more

The proprietors do not wear masks. Says that the PD will not cite them for it. Also, one said that it is her body. If she gets it, she gets it (Coronavirus.) i reminded her that the mandate is not about her, it is about others. Earlier in the year, the woman who sits in the corner had insults about Joe Biden. I reminded her that a local small business may not want to broadcast their political party preference. I will not be using services in that business again. read more

To begin with I'm old fashioned. No computer at home but a 10yr old laptop. I needed papers printed from a future job in the making. This business was not only very trusting with me leaving and coming back. They allowed me to take my work with me and bring back what I owed them. I've been coming here for over 5 years now. Customer service is always excellent. The owner is very active in the business and his staff is wonderful. They have extended hours and are open on Sunday during the holiday season to accommodate us folks who don't like waiting in line at the post office. Their notary services are quick and easy. You are always greeted when you walk in. Great business for our senior community. I have many time witnessed the staff giving extra special attention and service to senior citizens in a highly respectful manner. read more

I had a key made there. Got it home , got stuck in the door . It would not turn or come out . My husband tried for 15 minutes. I called and spoke to supervisor. She did say if we had to change lock to bring in receipt for reimbursement. My husband finally got the key out. Took it in have them shave it more . Blonde girl at counter was horribly rude. She butted right into the conversation I was having with other employee. I said maybe whoever made that key might need more help and she said " things happen" she was just so rude and should not be working in customer service! read more

The staff at this location is very rude. They get very overwhelmed and frustrated when there are too many people in their facility. They then start (literally) barking (and snapping) at the customers saying "we are all very busy". This place was awful and their computer system cannot accommodate a simple USPS transaction because their computer system keeps crashing. read more

I was going to bear postal to sent packages to my son and his family in Virginia. They have changed employees recently. The other day I went to the post office and discovered that Bear Postal was charging 14.00 more than the post office for the large priority flat rate box. Ok, there was a little line, but I spent 17.10 instead of 31.00 for the same package. read more

I have been coming to bear postal for years and years. I used to get absolutely great service. The owner is super nice but I id t see him there much anymore. There is a blond lady in her 30s or 40s and she used to be so friendly. Now for like the last year she barely acknowledges me. That's fine I'm ok with that. But gradually it has gotten worse. Now me and my husband went in there to use the computer because my printer is out of ink. When I walked in I asked if I could use the computer. She kind of snapped that I needed a code. Not nicely. So she gave me the number and I was trying to open the google. I asked her how to start. And she was like start what. I said it won't open a browser it just keeps loading. She kind of acted like I was stupid. She looked and said we'll use the google kind of like I was stupid. I said I am but it's loading and not doing anything. Every time she said something to us she acted like I was bothering her and went back to her computer. So finally she said oh I guess it's not working and that was it. Didn't come iver to help or look or ask or anything. So we left. I thot maybe it was me but the second we were out my husband said damn I guess we were bothering her. There's another mail place half a block down the street where hey are very friendly. That is where we will be going from now on !!! read more
