We are senior citizens and new to Modesto and would routinely go all the way out to the Staples in Riverbank for our printing and copying needs. Worst service ever!! They were super disrespectful... they wanted me to pay for tape because the box was ripped? Every other UPS store supplied that service. I came in with a big Amazon return of 10+ packages. Half way through as my returns were being processed, Katherine realized they were offline and needed to re-process my returns. By that time, another employee had already grabbed my packages and took them in the back. She patiently was able to find all my packages and processed my returns all over again. I have used this location for quite a few years on and off, and became a frequent regular visitor to this location a little over a year ago. I ended up getting a mailbox here so that I could get deliveries, especially of packages, while I am away at work during the day. I have been super happy with the service that I receive there! - The people are all great, and know me by name. - They give me a call when I have a package delivered, which is especially great for those times that somebody sends me something that I wasn't expecting and have nothing to check tracking on. - They are open until 7pm, which works for me as I usually get back into town after work around 6pm. - Sending packages with them is a breeze as well. As testament to how positively I feel about this store, I just renewed my box there for another year! read more

Edited review: so I had an issue with a returned item from USPS. This happened due an incorrect recommendation from the shop's sales lady. I escalated the concern to the owner and he was nice enough to discuss this over the phone to offer a resolution. He was able to share his side of the situation and after a thorough discussion, he offered a full refund to correct the issue that was made inadvertently by his sales lady. I very much appreciate his efforts to resolve the issue and I would be very much recommend his business to others. A trustworthy and sensible man! read more

I was charge a hefty shipping fee for returning a pool cleaner I bought from Amazon. I was charge because it was sold through a third party, even though I bought it through Prime. The young lady informed me about Amazon's A to Z policy and told me to call about getting my shipping fee returned! I was able to get $130.00 refunded because of her! I recommend people get their packages delivered here. I think it's only $20 a year and they'll hold your packages for pick up. I live in an apartment and this works great as usually my apartment office holds the packages but they have limited hours so i have to wait till Saturdays to get my delivery. Which has been super annoying over the years. Also this option keeps from getting your package stolen off your porch. Wish i knew about this service year ago. The UPS store makes picking up your packages quick and easy. Just show an ID and sign for it and you're in and out. Today i used them to mail my taxes out and i came in with just standard mail envelopes and he set me up with a lil more secure packaging and got me a tracking number as well. Real professional service here. Will continue to use them for my mail needs. See you guys later this week when i pick up my Nespresso delivery. read more

I had to return items they took the time to help fin it on my phone and do fax, and get a notary-all in one visit and it didn't take long., I didn't feel well recovering from surgery I was weak. They nice I would use their P.O. Box services but they are too small. I will return to this store for services. read more

I sent my documents to the store via email. They printed them and after I said several times how some pages were legal sized will it size it to fit on the page? They assured me that it would. It didn't. It cut off the bottom of a bunch of the pages. While I'm trying to pick out the pages that needed to be reprinted they asked me if I wanted to reprint them all they never told me that they would charge me for the packet that I threw into the shred. Communication would have been nice. Update: the store reached out and reprinted my forms correctly for me free of charge. I appreciate the gesture to correct their mistake. I will be using them again in the future for any mailing or printing needs. read more

This is my second Review and the only thing that changed was the length of time ..... because the customer service is at its highest here and that has not changed ! I now feel like this is a true partnership and friendship and I just wish more customer service mirrored what is offered here! It is now one week before Christmas and I'm hunting for a mailing center at 4:30 on Saturday late afternoon. Everyone else is closed 2 o'clock 3 o'clock 4 o'clock. Much to my relief the UPS store at Prescott and Standiford was open. I drove across town and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful gentleman. I told him I drove across town to find him because he was the only one open and he said oh I'll be here until seven or 8 o'clock with even more paperwork. That's dedication! I've used this UPS Store several times, each time has been easy and simple. It was a bit tricky this time as I needed to ship a large package (two actually) that needed to be packed carefully as it was fragile. There was an issue with the original "sale" due to the clerk not fully understanding what I needed. It was great to have the owner contact me concerning the mistake and he wanted to make it right as best as he was able.
