Truly terrible quality nails. Had to ask to re-file nails multiple times as there were sharp edges left every time. Nails still have sharp edges as I left but honestly just gave up trying. Nail polish is all of skin and cuticles. Absolutely won't be returning. read more

This salon should really change their name because I had the worst mani pedi here ever. Careless, sloppy and annoyed that I didn't want my acrylics ripped off and instead soaked. White gel pedicure is sloppy and see through. I asked for round nails and received square lol and they immediately cracked and chipped which wasn't surprising considering I got two thin coats that were translucent and blotchy. After it had been two days and five nails were destroyed I called to ask if they could fix it since gel manicure should really last a week at least let's be serious. They said ok they'll fix it. When I came in I was immediately met with attitude and told the nail chipped it's not the polish it's my nails. I'm not into being gas lit and you can clearly see there is cracking and chipping where my nail is underneath. I said maybe the color is the issue it is very thin probably super old polish and the tech told me they would have to charge me. LMAO As if I would pay another 30$ for a 2 day horror mani. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else like top nails in collingswood. It's a shame when people don't take any pride in their work. read more

I went to Aldi supermarket to buy the foods for my mother and I coincidentally saw this #1 Nails & Spa. So, I decided to try this nail salon to see how good it would be. The owner is very nice and friendly. The nail salon is very clean and the price is very reasonable. Ms.Tina took care of me, and she took time to do my nails. I loved the shape and the color. At the end, she gave me a very friendly smile before I left. I definitely come back to her next time. Thanks Tina Overall, the price is cheaper than other nail salons where I have been before. I would recommend who live around this area to try this nail salon. There are six pedicure chairs, and it is very clean. The parking lot is big and they are close on Sunday. Google deleted my real and honest review, so I'm writing it here. This people physically hurt me. He pinched me and burnt my fingers. When I complained he told me to look away. I decided to leave before finishing the service and the wanted me to pay for an unfinished job. The man kept giving me threatening looks, and because I kept complaining of the pain he told me to sit down with the acetone for 20 minutes until somebody else could have time to take me. The first time I went I really liked my nails and pedicure. However the second time I went I paid for the deluxe pedicure which was very very similar to the less expensive regular pedicure, and after leaving I realized my nails were left with streaks and it very very clearly needed another coat of polish, they look horrible. And as for my manicure, I paid for dip powder, which is what I got last time here and they lasted very nicely, this time however they completely came off. Every ounce of polish peeled right off my nails within 2 days of getting it done. To top it off I was left with powder all over my hands and underneath my nails were never cleaned like they should with a proper manicure. When he decided he was finished he left me with the powder all over my hands and I asked for lotion (something I have always gotten with my manicure was a hand massage with lotion and my nails wiped down) not this time, I asked him for lotion and he squirted it into my hands and I had to rub it in myself, with powder all over bc he didn't do it properly. Super disappointed and I definitely will not go back here. I left a great tip and paid for what should have been better service and my nails didn't even last me 2 full days. So now I will be finding a new place and paying for it all over again. read more

You led me astray, Yelpers! Just got the worst gel mani and pedi I've ever had. I was excited to try his place, because of the great reviews and my old place has sort of gone downhill. They use Dawn dish soap during your pedicure to scrub your toes with the brush, the smell was unmistakable. The older lady who did my nails must've had a regular come in and did the worst rush job ever on my gel. She wasn't even letting it cure the entire 60 seconds and was pulling my hand out before the light off. She then acted surprised when I gave her a nice tip! I'm not a jerk, and I tip well knowing they don't make much money, but this is the sloppiest worst job I've ever seen. Pictures attached! read more

I called the same day and made an appointment for 5:30pm. I got there a little earlier, I just had to wait a few minutes, but i remember coming here with my mom a few times. Then i moved back in town and now i just started coming back and i love it.!!!! I made another appointment in 2 weeks for another gel manicure & pedicure. So nice and clean in there also. read more

I haven't had my nails done here - I am very skeptical about new places. That being said, I stopped at the Aldi next door and was in desperate need of an eyebrow wax. I popped in this hidden gem and had to wait a few minutes for an available technician. No big deal. The technician did an EXCELLENT job on my eyebrows. She took her time - waxed, tweezed, AND trimmed. This is not something you usually find at local nail salons. The best part - only $5. What? That price is unheard of! The salon itself was very clean. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door. They seem to have really good deals on different services. I will be returning for a mani/pedi. read more

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. They have the best prices and service in my opinion. You are always greeted upon entering the salon as well as leaving. Every nail tech is great with gel manicures and regular pedicures. I usually go in as a walk in and never have to wait more than twenty minutes. If they are getting extra busy, I've seen them call in extra help at that moment. They have a great selection of colors and plenty of parking in the parking lot, which is important to me. I hate street parking. They take credit cards and allow the customer to put their tip on the credit card which many places do not allow. Susan and Nina are both amazing. I don't know the names of the rest of the nail techs but everyone is skilled and friendly. read more

I was looking for a nail salon near my new location and found this place. I've had several different women there do my nails and they do a great job, with lots of attention to detail. It's also only $20 for a gel mani which is a great price. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Like most places, your wait time varies depending on how busy they are. Nice, clean salon. They take appointments, but if I go on a whim I never had to wait long. Some techs are much better than others and if you want an intricate design I would make sure one of them can do it before you begin because most techs don't seem to be too great with designs. read more

I have been going to this salon since it opened. At first it was just like the rest I have been to. People are nice while they are trying to up sell you on gel polish or designs or whatever but as soon you say no they are not as nice. Recently I dropped $75.00 here. Nail fill with gel, pedicure, the eyelashes they have been pushing relentlessly. I went in last week and you would think no one ever saw me before. Hardly a hello. The female owner is not nice. Nearly yanks your arms out of their sockets to get your hand closer for her comfort. The gentlemen is very nice. There is also a younger women who went out on maternity leave that is fabulous. Great salon, just went again today. I had been here several times in the past with my daughter. I get the gel polish for my manicure and regular polish for my pedicure. And I got my eyebrows done. The technician did a great job on all three services. Also, I didn't have to wait very long, which is good considering that it was a Saturday afternoon, and the place had quite a few customers. It's clean, the service is great, prices are reasonable, and there's a good selection of nail polish colours. The staff is friendly as well. read more

After going to many salons I discovered #1 nails. I absolutely love the manicures, pedicures and waxing I get here. I always have an appointment with Susan and she is the BEST! Whenever I'm in Bellmawr area and in need of a refill or pedicure, I always visit this nail salon -- the staff is friendly and they do very nice work! On my last visit, I wasn't too thrilled, because I feel that I was deceived when it comes to their "gel" colors! Now, I've been to quite a few nail salons and I know that the gel colors are limited, but this salon has just about every color available in gel. I picked a color to have on my nails and toes -- the color I picked was used my toes, but when it came time to do my nails, the color was switched out for the "gel" color. After it was all said and done, I had two different colors (a rosy color on my toes and a peachy color on my fingers), but I was told it was because of the material on my nails. Since I had acrylic on my nails this is why my toes and nails did not match -- how about the nail colors are from two different companies?! Needless to say, I was irritated and made a mental note to never get the "gel" color if I want the color that I initially picked out! It would've made more sense to swap out the color for both my toes and hands, if I selected a "gel" color -- not just for my hands! But, the color I had was an enamel nail polish and should've been used for both hands and feet, because the person who matched up the color I had failed when they paired the gel color to this polish! read more

they did a good design but my gel polish peeled in a few days. Never had an issue with gel peeling before. I had a design with black in it and the black polish was very thin, was not happy at all when it peeled. read more
