I would have given this experience a 5 I'd it we're not for 2 things. 1.) for natural nails techniques should err on the side of gentleness as to avoid weakening the nails, 2.) the owner talked non stop about politics and everything on his mind; for me this is a time to fully relax and I found it disturbing to hear talking loudly the entire time.
