They didn't use the compressed air properly to get the water out of the crevices which leaked out while driving and now there stream marks all over. The wheels weren't cleaned right either, the biggest issue is the cleaner/protectant they used smells HORRIBLE. It smells like moldy chemical, I should've gone with the very basic wash and even then I would've been better off going through a drive thru wash and drying/vacuuming the car myself. I would've saved 10 bucks and I wouldn't have streaks, save your money and go else where

They turn off at 7 PM. I wish he would've told me or give me a heads up that all vacuums will turn off at seven so I would've vacuumed the inside before I dried the car. I was cleaning the inside then the older individual yelled out hey and put his hands up are you done! It was just rude and such bad service , I don't really go at night. I usually go during the morning the morning has great staff great service great management. It was just one bad individual that works at night.

My car was done, I inspected both inside and out. Didn't look like a $26.99 wash but I don't know what I was expecting. The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. I asked another guy who works there about it, thinking maybe he could just wipe it down quickly. I even found $5 cash and was ready to tip him, but he told me to go back to the entrance, so I did. The guy at the front saw me and immediately said "we don't do rewashes" and told me I have to pay again for a higher tier wash. I explained that another employee sent me over, but he cut me off and said, "He doesn't know anything, he is not the boss, I'm the boss." I told him I'm willing to pay the difference, not even asking for a full rewash, just fix the missed spot. He refused and told me I had to pay again and "this time don't buy the basic wash." The whole interaction felt like he was trying to teach u a lesson instead of helping. So yeah, the basic wash is basically useless... plenty of other car wash spots nearby, just don't come here.
