I feel like the pictures don't do them justice (the pic of the exterior has white spots on the hood but that's because I'm writing this review a day later and a bird pooped on it overnight smh). This was such a smooth experience from start to finish. I scheduled for Monday at 1 pm and they arrived right on time and texted me updates on their ETA. I'm so happy they bring a water tank in their truck because I've had some trouble finding a mobile detailer because they usually need a water/hose outlet to use but my apartment doesn't have one near my parking spot. They were so incredibly helpful especially when my landlord came out mid wash and told us we had to move (I completely forgot to okay it with her first) and they found a work around, packed up, moved, and still finished my car. All of this for only $250 is such a great deal, I've been quoted higher for a fraction of their work. Unrelated HM: My recently adopted dog made a run for it while I was walking him but he zipped past Albert and his son and when they saw me trying to catch my dog his son ran after him and caught him for me. I am so incredibly thankful to him because my dog had gotten out of the apartment gates and if he didn't catch him I would have lost him. I cannot recommend them enough, they're my go to from now on.

I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. When I paid, I told the guy my car is new, wasn't dirty and I just needed a simple wash. He said "ok," and that was it. After the wash, I noticed the front bumper was basically untouched. I asked another guy who works there about it, thinking maybe he could just wipe it down quickly. I even found $5 cash and was ready to tip him, but he told me to go back to the entrance, so I did. The guy at the front saw me and immediately said "we don't do rewashes" and told me I have to pay again for a higher tier wash. I explained that another employee sent me over, but he cut me off and said, "He doesn't know anything, he is not the boss, I'm the boss." I told him I'm willing to pay the difference, not even asking for a full rewash, just fix the missed spot. He refused and told me I had to pay again and "this time don't buy the basic wash." The whole interaction felt like he was trying to teach u a lesson instead of helping. So yeah, the basic wash is basically useless... plenty of other car wash spots nearby, just don't come here.

They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. I took my 2000 mustang gt here because I had water spots on the passenger side windows and I tried everything to get them off and could not. I tested it under various conditions--after drying the car post-wash, during both daytime and nighttime applications, and as a waterless touch-up. In every scenario, it consistently left oily residue, streak marks, and unsightly oil/water marks on the paint. A word of caution: avoid using this product on front windows. When it rains, the mixture of oil and water creates visible marks that impair visibility. Driving directly in the sun becomes hazardous, as the window becomes blurry and difficult to see through. I would not recommend this product. It definitely does not compare to the Chemical Guys Speed Wipe. According to their staff their product performs better and it does not. Lesson learned, I tried saving $ by going with a cheaper product and to help small business and this is what I got. Unfortunately I bought the big jug so I'm stuck with it
