I called on a Saturday at 6:30pm because my air conditioning stopped cooling my home. The…read morereceptionist said a technician would call me within the hour. After one and a half hours, I called back to let them know I did not need their service. My neighbor was able to help me the following morning. I get a text at 10:30 PM Saturday evening, saying my technician had arrived. I was not home and I quickly texted back saying I had canceled the service call. I had a contract with them to check on my system every six months. Well, they never checked anything of importance since the Freon was extremely low, and there was a buildup of bacterial gunk that was never cleaned out. I have canceled my contract with them and want to warn other customers to make sure they do their job since they did not do that for me.
