Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.

I was out back by the pool, watching the ring camera when he showed up. I went in and opened the door to find him around the house and clearly annoyed, for what? Who knows. I opened my front door and waited ( I thought he was getting his equipment), went to the kitchen and he yelled in and hollered "ANYONE GOING TO OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR FOR ME?"...My son opened the door, I came to the garage door and apologized and told him I didn't hear him say garage. He says, "What part of open the GARAGE door didn't you hear"? At that point I should have kicked his little ass out the door but didn't. Thought maybe he was having a bad day. Then he starts barking about moving my things away from the dryer so he can get access to it. I start moving things and he goes in to grab my laundry basket and slams it on my kitchen floor. After he snaps at me a few more times I'm done and was thankful that he was too. Then he has the audacity to tell me that he'll put me into his database and schedule in 6 mos. If you think for one minute I'm going to let your crabby unprofessional ass into my home again, you're out of your ever loving mind! Again, perhaps he was having a bad day but I did not deserve that kind of treatment. I will NOT be disrespected in my own damn home. Again, dryer was serviced and cleaned out but his attitude is the entire reason I will never use him again, I will never recommend him to anyone and if anyone asks about this man and his company, I won't be quiet about it. installed new HVAC after 11 year old was unreliable leaking and rusty. We are so glad we did it…read more It was completed so much nicer than the last one. We also bought the 10 year warranty on parts and labor. It's working great. It does not blow on you making you uncomfortable but rather cools evenly . They did a great job outside too replacing the copper and attachments recovered. We went with their dipped equipment that protects against rusting in our harsh climate. Cleanup was pretty good. Considering how everything has gone up in price I feel we did very good. Nothing is cheap today but we feel in comparison to 11 years ago we did not pay that much more plus we have the 10 years ago labor and parts warranty. I wrote this review and they never asked me to.

I contacted and spoke various people and managers and have yet to get someone out to fix the issue. Meanwhile started to face issues with the water system, Placate Home Services dispatched a plumbing and electrical team to do a diagnosis. The diagnostic findings was the out and the electrical cord needed to be replaced. $1095 total, it did not solve the issue. They came back and said it was the pressure switch. It was replaced $350.00. This did b not fix the issue. I called them back and mentioned to electrical and the plumbing management that I need for them to send out a more experiencing technician. I have agree to the prices because this was a rental unit and I could not the tenant not have water running. I also mentioned that I needed an itemized bill instead of an invoice with total. At this point I started getting the run around and that managers were in a meeting and they will get back to me. I sent pictures of the issue. No response from them at all. I had to get another company to come out. With 30 minutes they provided a recommendation with detail estimate. They resolved and fix the issue. I called Elevate Homes Services to let them no that they have no Sent sent any body out fix the meter bracket reinstallation issue and they had also charge me for a $45 dollar pressure switch $350.00. I had to report it to the Better Business Bureau. Lesson learn. I suggest not doing business with this company.
