He is a real pro and even though…read morewe were out of his service area he agreed to take on our job to clean out a very plugged roof top dryer vent. But Peter did not stop there. He realized the vent pipe was disconnected from the dryer and lint had accumulated inside the dry creating a real fire hazard. He took it upon himself to open up the dryer and clean out the lint inside the dryer and also reconnect the vent pipe and secured it with a screw. Peter really only needed to clean the vent but being the professional that he is he went over and above. Importantly he did all this and did so being very fair with his pricing. Warning: Do not hire this firm. Four years ago, the owner of this firm installed a gas stove in my…read morehome. He charged me over $1,100. This week, another technician who repaired the stove pointed out that a plate was not covering the electrical wiring behind the stove's kick plate. So, for four years, my family and I were using a GAS stove with exposed wiring just behind the kick plate. The owner came by today with a "colleague" to "investigate." His colleague admitted that a plate should cover the exposed wiring. Rather than admit this grievous oversight, the owner offered up this absurd explanation: Someone else removed the plate in the four years since the original installation. No one removed the plate. No one. Why would anyone do that? He also claims that he installed a shut off valve. I have asked the TSSA to launch an investigation. Save yourself the risk and trouble my family has unknowingly endured for four years. I urge you to choose another contractor. The owner will no doubt respond to this warning with denials and accusations. You can believe him if you want to but, if you do, you will regret it.

I'm pretty sure this little 3-4 room store has every single tile, backsplash and decent pricing to compare to. He was not pushy at all but gave room for us to browse and think and stare way too long at two similar grey rocks. I absolute love the hand cut, reclaimed wood mantels he had, 5 ft was $350 and 6ft was $450! Unbelievable price as most places we saw started at $800 and up. This showroom is small so the placements of sample can be overwhelming, unlike shopping around the Vaughan area where there is lots of space and everything is laid out like artwork. Think of it like shopping at a Winners/home sense, you know there's treasure to be found if you are patient to browse!
