When I moved, I knew I would need a new cooling/ heating system and shopped around. After getting three estimates, I decided on Air Comfort - mostly because of the price for a quality Lennox system, but also because the owner was transparent and honest. When I worked with the office staff to make sure everything was scheduled on time and the paperwork was accurate, they were so helpful! This is a local company that takes the time to make sure things are done right. The work was permitted, the installers were tidy, and the system works perfectly. Customer service is important to them. I would recommend Air Comfort to anyone shopping around for a new system. Plus ... they work with Lowe's in El Centro if you're looking for great financing and the backing of a large company.

This was mid-May, and daily temps were up into the 90's . So, I reached out to IV Air and asked if they could come out and troubleshoot. Eric and Alex came out quickly within an hour or so and got to it. That led to the call you don't want to get, that the unit was in trouble and more specifically that it would need a new compressor. I had kinda been thinking was going to happen at some point soon due to the unit's age. Sure, I could have spent $1500 on a new compressor and had it working, but probably not for long. Eric recommended that due to refrigerant change and unit age to consider replacing the unit itself, it would be a much smarter long term investment and would likely reduce my power bill by installing a more efficient unit. Well, we did decide to move forward with that luckily equipment was available so these guys went and picked it up. I gotta say that the process was handled so professionally and was done so quickly that when I arrived back home everything had been completed. AC was on and running and the house was cool, the kids (and us) were happy! Remember, as I mentioned before, I was out of town the entire time this happened....so it was a real blessing to know that there are still guys that run companies out there such as these two who take care of business and are trustworthy, skilled, competent and easy to work with. The next morning at six, even though some of the access had been covered with CDX, Mike and his guys got into the crawlspace and fixed the problem. One downside of how great Mike and Marcus and his crew is is that they are so loved, when the summer comes, they have to work 20 hours a day to keep everyone safe, cool, and happy. I've known and worked with Mike since I was thirteen. He hasn't changed a bit. He is so dedicated and good at what he does.
