I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Alex came over and looked at the old AC unit and furnace. His professional guidance including a recommended solution was both honest and accurate. I accepted his solution and scheduled the install. The entire time I was kept in the loop by text and phone calls. The day of the job they showed up exactly on time 8am. The team was fronted by Amando and with him was Pete and Tyler. This was clearly not their first rodeo. Amazing, the three men quickly removed the old units both inside and out and installed the new units.
