John, the owner who works there is most affordable, fair, efficient, and reliable mechanic for repairs/maintenance. He recently saw me because I had to go to him after the dealership, AutoNation Honda during my service visit stole a coolant reservoir tank and are now claiming it's missing. They were trying to quote me $500-$600 for the missing part. John looked at it and said it literally looks like a mechanic from there took the part out and unscrewed the bolts. Super sketchy. After this, I will be going to John, and go to kiwi motors for maintenance/repairs. John even stated it isn't even a repair and he can install a new coolant reservoir tank for only $35-$40. It is absolutely CRIMINAL and BULL$hit for a dealership to charge me $500-$600 for a missing part that they most likely stole or forgot to put it back on. Very sketchy and unethical for AutoNation Honda to do this. I trusted AutoNation Honda for years since 2024 because they gave me affordable pricing on maintenance and some minor repairs but, now I cannot trust them anymore. I only trust John for maintenance and repairs on an Acura TLX that I own.

I was fortunate enough to deal with the owner Jay who was simply amazing. He showed me how the other shop charged me for XPel PPF and installed super cheap and sticky crap. Genesis took care of my vehicle, carefully removing the old PPF and working with me to select a gorgeous Profection Diamond Blue PPF. Jay is an honest guy who definitely earned my business for life. His staff is a total reflection of him and they truly care about what they do to your car. Had punctured my radiator but was unsure what else it hit so I called AAA to see which shop was…read morecloser. Told me about FMC so I went along with it. Heres the weird part. I explained to them that my car over heats quick because the radiator doesn't hold the coolant as I already checked. Asked them a couple of times to check the radiator and around it in case of anything being broken THAT I CAN'T SEE since I was at work the day prior. They instead wanted to do a pressure test when I literally told them to check the radiator. Going to get my car back since it's like $280 for a pressure test. I myself work on my own cars but I rarely go to shops all the time since who knows what bs might go on. The one thing I look for in shops is honesty and listening to customers. I'm sure when I get my car back they'll tell me there are dozens of things wrong like a water pump going (I replaced it since the freeze plug broke). If I had my own shop I would have been making sure the customers are satisfied and not willing to wait a couple days to hear back about a car that was brought in. These guys don't even seem to know what they are doing btw. I've been taught how to work on cars ever since I was 8 which is what got me into this in the first place. To everyone else just go somewhere you know that is reliable. I'm better off taking it to 360 auto since they heard and wanted to take a look at everything before writing on it and listened to what I had to say.
