    I wish all staff were as helpful as Mike and his young protege Brandon. Mike was able to cross reference parts and his wealth of knowledge was very practical and helpful. These guys rock.

    I usually call before and tell them my problem the guys that work there are super helpful to help me with my car. I bought my car and it came damaged after I purchased it, I would notice some minor damages no biggie though...before I was driving a bucket 2003 now I have upgraded into a "soccer mom" car aka a mini suv my kind of style.

    Huge selection of cleaning supplies and open late to help.

I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro Max and was upgrading from an iPhone 14 Pro Max that contained over two years of critical business data that was not backed up. I was clearly told that the data could still be transferred and that it would take about an hour. I agreed, planned ahead, and returned on a different day fully prepared to spend the necessary time. When I arrived, the employee at the front taking my information was dismissive and visibly rushed. She was adamant about having me remove my phone from Find My and repeatedly pushed me to just transfer whatever data was available and "retrieve the rest later." I very clearly explained that this was a business phone and that transferring all data was extremely important. Instead of listening, she told me I should come back another day. It was obvious she did not want to deal with the situation. She then handed me off to another employee without explaining anything that had already been discussed. The second employee appeared unsure and began asking a third employee for guidance. There was zero communication between staff. I was repeatedly asked to enter my password while they tapped through screens without explaining what they were doing. Eventually, my phone was completely wiped. A full reset happened without my informed consent. As a direct result of this negligence, I lost over $3,000 worth of business, important client contracts, and client information. I have customers waiting on responses that I can no longer provide because their files are gone. It has now been three weeks since this incident, and I am still struggling to recover and catch up professionally. The store offered me a $200 credit, which is frankly insulting given the scale of the loss and the long-term damage done to my business. This situation was entirely preventable with proper communication, care, and basic professionalism. I trusted Apple employees with critical business data, and that trust was completely broken. I expect far better from a company that claims to value customer experience and data security.
