Otherwise, the plate will no longer be held for you. Something helpful I learned from the dealership where I purchased my car is that if you have a vehicle that was declared a total loss, you can bring the declaration letter along with the necessary documentation and receive a credit toward the registration and tag for your new vehicle. In my case, I received about a $40 credit, which was a nice surprise. The office was fairly busy when I arrived, but the line was moving steadily and efficiently. I was assisted by a pleasant young lady named Jazmine, who was incredibly patient as I gathered and provided all of the documents needed. Her calm attitude and kind service helped lower my stress level quite a bit, and I was truly grateful for her help.

I had lost my wallet at home and was trying to get everything taken care of. She explained the newer document rules to prove identity, such as needing things like a birth certificate, and she was very helpful and polite. A friend who was with me asked if there was anything else that might work, such as an old driver's license, and Toni kindly checked and let us know that would help. I came back with it and was able to get my replacement license. Later, she even stopped by and kindly asked if I got my license. I told her yes, and that she was a really nice lady. It's easily accessible off of Center point Parkway and there is a parking lot available on the side as well as the front of the building. The inside still has the appearance of the former school but the space is well utilized to take on the day to day business of the city. I have attended a number of meetings/events at City Hall and I always enjoy them and learn so much!

Their hours are very convenient as well. Their staff was a little brusk or rude, but they are working a pretty thankless job, so I can't hold it against them too much. You knew this would be record turn out and given the fact that Alabama refuses to allow early voting, you knew there would be long lines. You like to boast about the tremendous growth that Trussville has seen over the past 5-10 years, but that also means updating things that you maybe only think about, oh, let's say.. every 4 years. As a small business owner, it is important for me to have support from the community, including from our police department. Sargent Bradford has been dishonest in his dealings with us, used his power to exploit my employees, and has been disappointingly unreasonable in his communication with me in the process of getting my business license here. If you are a small business, do yourself a favor and take your business to a community that will support and appreciate it. Sargent Bradford is does not have the competence to be in his position with Trussville Police Department.
