John looked me in the eye and told me he had never seen this problem, he'd have to do some research. He'd call a buddy who is an expert on this device and be back Friday AM. Come Friday, he walked in with a part and said that the buddy never returned his call, but this was the most logical problem. He replaced the part and things work perfectly now. Prior to John, I was told by a plumber that I had major work required that would cost a bundle. I found John to be very personable, prompt, honest, forthright and professional. He isn't afraid to tell you he doesn't know something and he is willing to research a problem. He saved me from going down an expensive rat hole. John will be my plumber until he retires!

On August 15, 2026, I called Heritage Home Service to fix a leaky shower valve cartridge. Heritage…read morecame out to troubleshoot the problem, and the plumber tried to show me that it was not the shower valve cartridge. They told me that the basement leak was due to lack of caulking around the shower stall door trim and the show door bottom seal. Subsequently, the plumber caulked the door trim and joint between the shower pan and the floor. The shower was used later in the evening and the basement leak returned. It turned out that the shower valve cartridge was leaking only when the valve was open, not when it was closed. I rushed to Home Depot that evening before it closed to buy a Moen #1222 replacement cartridge at my own expense, and I replaced it myself that same evening. The next work day, I called Heritage to tell them that their work did not remedy the leak, and I texted them the sales receipt for the valve cartridge. I requested my money back for only the cartridge, or a replacement cartridge. It is now September 2, and after 3 phone calls, I haven't received a callback from the Heritage customer service representative. During the service call, I purchased the Home Advantage contract which speaks about 100% customer satisfaction. We are very senior citizens, and our treatment by Heritage has been shabby at best. I stop short of stating that Heritage business practices are predatory while awaiting any communication between Heritage and our household. I am sorry, but I cannot recommend Heritage Home services, or the Heritage Advantage contract.

They were dedicated and conscientious. in July 2026 the system AC would not turn on. We called them and they came out immediately to investigate. Apparently it was user error due to multiple remotes on different settings. Andrew remained to fine tune the system and left us with a working unit. We recommend Sunrise for their reasonable price, great install and great service.

He came back the next day to do a better assessment and discovered we would need to remove our very old drain trap. His crew came out the very next day and removed it after cutting a small access hole in the hall ceiling. They guys were quick and efficient and discovered a very old rag lodged in was the clog. In doing so they also discovered a rotted spot that could have cause thousands in damage. Had we gone with anyone else I don't think that would have been caught and we could be up to our eyeballs in water damage. These are now my go to plumbers and I hope you will give them a shot too! The pricing is mid-range but they do a through job and check adjacent areas for damage to keep your pipes on the up and up. Thanks again guys!
