After two days of trying to reach someone, I finally spoke with the owner, Yvonne, who offered to remove them. I clearly said I did not want Sophie to touch my lashes again. When I arrived, Sophie was the one assigned to remove them anyway. I declined and left. What made this even more uncomfortable was being pressured to leave a review before I even left my original appointment. Sophie handed me a QR code and insisted I write it on the spot, standing over me while I did it. It didn't feel optional, and it wasn't an honest review. In my opinion, the lash tech was extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and the overall environment felt chaotic. From the moment I walked in, I was questioning whether I was even in the right place. There was an unpleasant odor, and the atmosphere was distracting rather than relaxing. Like is this a lash shop or a damn daycare center. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the lashes themselves. They started coming off after only about two and a half days, which is completely unacceptable for a professional lash set. I honestly couldn't believe the experience--I kept thinking it had to be some kind of joke. I left feeling like I wasted my time and money. I would not return, and I personally would not recommend this business based on my experience.
