She's really made a bad name for herself because she was good, but what she's doing now is BAD. I think she might be a real estate salesperson in which she has a fiduciary duty to her real estate clients, she needs to be ethical and have a duty to her other clients as well. Taking my $175.00 under false pretense is FRAUD.

I still arrived at 2:30 on time, and she was working on another client, which led to an additional 30-minute wait. We didn't start my appointment until 3:00 p.m. Before we started, I asked if she would be able to complete my full set by 4:20 because I had another appointment right after. She confirmed that she could. However, after starting, she later told me she wasn't sure if she would finish and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Since I had already waited and needed my lashes done that day, I said I couldn't reschedule. During the consultation, when we were discussing curls and lengths, she told me to hurry up, which felt rude considering I had been the one waiting. I also showed her a reference photo from her own website, but the final result did not look like the picture, so I felt the photos were not an accurate representation. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional, and I was disappointed with both the service and the final result. I was a loyal client for over a year with her former lash techs who are no longer there and I'm surely not coming back after this experience.
