I went to see Bobby for eyebrow waxing, she was friendly upon arrival. She started with "I'll do a clean up and we can take more off if you want" She ended up taking most of my hair out. She didn't do what she said she would, she didn't consult with me whether I wanted more hair taken out, she pretty much went for it without my acknowledgement. Disappointed because she said it was going to be a light clean up. And on top of it they are uneven. I didn't say anything because the damage was done but never again. read more

I wanted to ease my morning make up routine and feel sexy again! & Janet delivered! She was patient, gentle and very hygienic. Not only did she achieve the look I was going for they lasted a full 3 weeks with minimal fall out! Usually my eyes water but the glue didn't irritate my eyes or burn. This lash service went beyond my expectation! Somethings to note they take covid precautions seriously so bring your mask. Parking is limited but they do have 1 reserved spot right in front of the building. Other than that paid parking which ranges about a few dollars during the day. I went to Delush Beauty Lounge for my first time last week. I had never got anything done to my eyelashes so I had a few questions, to which Sammi who took care of me had all the right answers. She made me feel very comfortable and she knew what she was doing. I got a Lash Lift & tint done. Sammi did a great job, my lashes are curled perfectly were now you can actually see them after I put mascara on, and it gives a dramatic perfect look to my eyes. I went with a mix of black and brown tint, I wish I would've just done black as my eyelashes are very thin, but now I know for next time. The place looks clean and great. The only thing is online it says if it's your first time there you get a 20% discount on your first service, I also called before I booked my appointment, and I was told over the phone this was correct, but when I paid I was not given the discount, but other than that everything was great. Edit: I just want to say Drina reached out to me right away as she said they would, and she was very nice, and apologetic for the mistake, and took care of me by giving me the discount mentioned online. I had my appointment with Remy for a Lash Lift and I loved it - she walked me through each step which I appreciated because I had no idea what to expect. I had never heard of a lash lift until a coworker told me about it and girls it has changed my makeup routine for the better. I have naturally long lashes so it always takes 2-3 curlings to get them to stay up, and now with this lash lift that's one less thing to do in the morning. As someone who waits til the last possible second to get up in the morning, it's so amazing to do one less thing while you're still waking up haha - I don't even have to put on mascara that's how beautiful my lashes are. 5 days later and the compliments haven't stopped - I tell everyone about Lilac and Lemon! My eyes were red after the treatment but that cleared up within the hour. I never had anything done to my eyes before either so my eyelids were a little tender (either from the tape or the keratin itself) but that cleared up too.
