The transformation since she took over has been remarkable. The energy of the staff, the attention to detail, and the overall experience reflect the leadership behind the scenes. Anna is the heart of this place. As someone who manages a large company and hundreds of employees, I can say with complete honesty that she is one of the most impressive leaders I have ever seen in action. She leads by example, treats people with respect, and creates an environment where both staff and guests feel valued. There is something almost unbelievable about her positivity. Every time I see her she is smiling, welcoming guests, and making sure everyone is having a great experience. It is contagious. You leave feeling happier than when you arrived. That kind of leadership is rare. John Martin's is already an incredible establishment with amazing food, incredible whiskey, and one of the best atmospheres in Coral Gables.
