We were in Miami for a cruise and flew in the night before. Needed a quick bite and a few cocktails, and this place hit the mark! The bartenders were awesome--super friendly and helpful. The drinks were great, with plenty of beer choices, and the food was classic bar fare but well-prepared and really tasty. They had every sports game you could imagine playing on their many TVs, which made for a fun atmosphere. The only downside for us was the back deck--it's definitely a spot for smokers, so we stuck to the inside. But if that's your thing, you'll love it. If we're ever in Miami again, we'll definitely be back! read more

We love Bryson's! The bartenders are fantastic! Jen is my all time favorite because she knows what I like and makes a well balanced drink. She gets my drink correct each and every time. Katie is also pretty great but she normally works in the outside Patio and since I hate the smell of and I'm also allergic to cigarette smoke, we never get to enjoy the outside patio since smoking is allowed out there. The atmosphere is pretty lively on weekends and later into the evenings during the week and we usually end up bumping into friends and neighbors, so for us it's always good time at Bryson's. Burgers are pretty yummy and I've had several different types of sandwiches which are always good. The seasoned Fries and Bacon Cheddar fries are my favorite. I usually get extra seasoning on the side because I love it on my popcorn! That way I can bring leftover seasoning home to sprinkle it over my popcorn. Don't knock it till you try it! LOL read more

The French fries and whatever seasoning they used was amazing! When we walked in, it was dimly lit and looked like a dive bar. Exactly what we were looking for! Traditional old school pub. The menu is pretty diverse with old favorites like burgers and patty melts but they also have healthier options like mahi mahi. If you are a beer drinker they have beer buckets and lots of choices on tap. There is also a liquor store next to the restaurant which has a pretty good selection. I kept seeing this place pop up on lists of the best chicken wings in Miami so I decided to check it out. It's right by the airport, but it's definitely a locals bar. Free parking and plenty of TVs to watch sports. I sat at the bar, and service was slow. I liked the $2 Busch Light drafts. I wouldn't call these "go out of your way to get them/best wings in Miami" wings but they were tasty. I got a side of buffalo sauce to go with my lemon pepper wings, and it was really good. Came in for the first time tonight. Bartender Katie could not have cared. Waited 15 minutes for a drink, still waiting for a refill. And one of the drinks wasn't even right. Ordered food, which came out quickly, but was so damn salty. Bar and restaurant were NOT full. Someone needs to pull her aside and teach her literally ANYTHING about customer service and bartending. She was more concerned about closing out her drawer than taking care of patrons. A 19 minute wait with an empty glass on the bar is ridiculous. She was overheard saying "I don't give a fuçk". I gotta be honest, I almost walked out because it smells like crap by the bar inside and I had no choice because all the smokers congregate outside so it was either second hand smoke or horse crap and I need my lungs. Not sure if the stench comes from the open restrooms or the bar but I was hungry and just had to man up and I was curious about these wings. Listen, the buffalo wings are good and so was the burger but not good enough for me to come back. I get its an old bar and a neighborhood staple perhaps and I should've known better just by the outside appearance but sometimes these old bars do serve some good food. The burger was 1/2 pound and it was cooked as requested and vey juicy, the wings were very tasty but nothing outstanding to be honest. I'm just glad I was able to try it and I respect other people's opinions but I don't see myself ever coming back. One thing I will say, the reason why I give them a third star is because truth be told, the service was great. The bartender (Nellie, female bartender) was openly drinking on the job, intoxicated, rude, and gave major attitude any time we tried to order or ask for our tab. Service was painfully slow and disrespectful. When we were leaving, she yelled across the bar: "Oh, you're not going to leave a tip? Or am I going to leave myself one?" That's not only unprofessional, it sounds like theft. A tip is earned, not demanded. To make matters worse, after we left, she sent a man outside to harass us. He blocked our Uber, insulted us, and created an unsafe situation. Completely unacceptable. Management needs to take this seriously. Until they do, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. read more

Your staff needs to be on point. Waitress was too busy in the bathroom doing lines with a customer that looked like a junkie. Then you have the bartender all sloppy drunk behind the bar. Both ignoring us while we tried to grab their attention multiple times. The place looks a mess. Finding this place was great! Went for drinks after attending graduation at UMiami and this place was exactly the low key kinda place we were looking for. There's a great outdoor area with a bar area that permits smoking (and of course indoors in you don't want to be around that) that has a nice and mellow ambiance for it. The staff working were very nice. They made sure to stay on top of things without hovering over you.
