I called to request an appointment with this company to come service my furnace because I didn't have any heat. This call was made at 9am. They told me they would come to my home "after lunch", no real time was given. After what I deemed to be a significant time "after lunch" (2:30pm) I called the company to see about a time frame of arrival for my service. I was then told the repair person was stuck on another job and the secretary would call me back with a time frame for his arrival. I never received a call back after this correspondence and have not since. This tells me this company not only doesn't care about its potential customers, but also that they don't care about the three year old who lives in a home without any heat. If I would have been informed much earlier in the day that no one was going to show up for my service I could have called another repair company and had my heat fixed. Instead this business chose to waste my time and compromise the health of my child. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Recently used this company to diagnose and repair a commercial gas range in my licensed child care…read morecenter. They came out once and said the issue was a faulty thermocouple. The part was ordered and installed. The issue (pilot light would not stay lit) began to reoccur. When the issue reoccurred for the third time I called another company and they came to the center. It was NEVER a thermocouple issue. Today I received a bill for a trip that they stated on the phone that they would NOT charge us for. Paying this bill today will not have cost me $1,050.00 for something they NEVER fixed. I will never use this company again. Very very disappointed.

This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!
